So if you are set to auto renewal from app store or play store and using different email address then app or play store, you account won't recognize the changes. Original changes were made via app, and now they are by play store so it is not recognizing them. One star until they fix the issue.
I was having a great time with this app but all of a sudden it keeps crashing whenever I open it. Tried to re-install still the same. Contacted customer service didn't get any reply but if its about payment they get to you fast.

Don't use this app. Once you use it, you can't cancel your subscription and they will charge you every year. You dispute it with your credit card, they get the refund, and then they just bill you again. Avoid avoid avoid
Great app for my performance reports. It's very easy to do the scores compared to other apps. Good thing about the app is the stats and the club features. Personally recommend this to my colleagues and to my club mates.
Really upset about not being able to log in after renewal. I sent a copy of the transaction and within a day they resolved the issue. So I am rating them four stars. Next time maybe five.
Been emailing for nearly a week, as app abruptly stopped working. No one responds and my subscription is paid up through the middle of August 2019. HELP PLEASE!
My subscription was automatically renewed yet I can't log into the app. It says my subscription has expired. They're just scamming. Do not install.
Tried to post a score and the web page said that I canceled my subscription yet they took my 15$ . I have tried to contact them 3 times via email and no response. Bad customer service or no customer. Think I'll move on to the next app.
Great concept, sound methodology, poor execution. Everyone who plays love stats, go all in and invest in more response app with better data visualisation
Purchased membership. Still asks me to pay for it. Also can't submit my current round, is stuck. Says submitted, yet when refreshed appears as active and will not let me add new rounds now. Rubbish app, not worth paying for.
Very bad app management. Subscribed via Google play and still don't get access to the app stating subscription needed. Contacted support with no response. Money grabbing via app default.
I purchased a year subscription that expires in March 2019, but the app is not allowing me log in. I tried to reach out via the website and haven't received a response. Poor customer service.
App won't let me submit scores for the last two rounds. They charge a lot of money, but yet the app doesn't work. Verified account is still paid too.
App works well and easy to use. Customer service is terrible. I have been locked out of my account for almost a week now and have emailed them numerous times with no response.
Sufficient, but this app and service never kept up. Never developed a live leaderboard and the crowdsourced course information is riddled with errors.
Paid my money it was taken out of my bank. When I log in it says I have not paid. Then when I click the pay button it says I paid but will not let me post scores or even see past scores. The phone number they give you is to a guy with golf pass and he has never heard of my score card.
We registered our club with the USGA through MyScorecard and 20 of us have been paying customers for the past 3 years. However, the whole experience of the transition to the new World Handicap System (WHS) has been painful! Repeated emails to find out the status of the change sent to customer service and Jack Kolodny have received no response whatsoever. This is a completely unacceptable and we (all 20 of us) will soon be moving our club to Grint.
The scorecard isn't allowing me access to it even though I already renewed last month through Google play subscription. Now it's saying that I need to renew it, a month later? What's the heck going on with this app?
App is absolutely terrible. Wouldn't let me update my scores. Would say I need to login, I'd login and then it'd shut down. Worst app I've used and the fact that you actually have to pay for this is preposterous.
Won't open. Wants additional payment on top of the subscription payment I already paid for another year. Tried to email company. No response. I canceled my subscription even though it expires next July 2020.
I am paid up until 2022. App has stopped working on my phone. It will not stay open. Please fix. I am paying for something I am unable to use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. It still does not work.
Loved the app until renewal. I havent been able to use the app since I renewed. They wont refund your money and no response to my notifications to them.
performance is unreliable. Too many bugs. Since the last update, the app doesn't work at all. Don't waste your money.

I really liked using this app. As a member of a golf course that is not a member of Golf Canada, it was nice to be able to enter my scores from that course and maintain a handicap. My subscription was automatically renewed through the play store and since that time I have not been able to access my account. I get messages saying I have to renew, I click on the renew button and am told I already have a subscription but cannot log in. I have sent 2 emails now and have had no reply.
