This app, when I first used it a couple of years ago, was very limited in information and what one could do with it. It's been only this year that many improvements were made and it actually is now of great value to me. I gave it a rating of 4 stars because it still has some glitches that waste my time. For example, right after I entered medical info to correct or update my records, the system froze up and the info I'd taken the time to enter was erased.

This app is hard to navigate. I don't see important messages/ orders from my care team, cannot find care team members to submit questions, etc. There is only one tutorial that is available one time when you first sign in, but if you skip over that, or don't retain all of the information, you never have a chance to see it again. VERY USER UNFRIENDLY!

Not sure if it's the app, or just that there seems to be a lot of delay and not enough response from the providers. Could just be that people are overwhelmed. Hard to say that it has anything to do with the app itself. It would be nice however if I could find another way of getting my labs to my doctor. Does not seem that faxing them in does any good.

Frequently incorrect data from providers and app doesn't register appointment or makes it difficult to find what is needed. When I call they said that is how it shows, but last week my appointment was nearly skipped as I did not receive a call and they said it was an office visit. Stressful and time consuming and costly to patients as well as concern for lack of medical accuracy

My experience has been just great, as I can check any time, day or late at night, to find appointment reminders, check results of recent tests, exams, send messages to my health care team. BE PATIENT, someone will get back to you with an answer or instructions. From the portal, I can add my appointments directly to my calender, change, confirm or cancel. My health care providers leave detailed reports after tests, which I can review at my leisure, even if it's at 2am when I can't sleep. Thanks

I love this app. It works great for everything. Records, appointments, messages, results, etc. Never crashes. Makes medical care closer to what it should be!

Love this app, keeps and sends reminders of appointments. Also results of ultrasound and other medical records. Definitely comes in handy when you're a busy person this app will help you be better organized.

Excellent app and very very easy to navigate. Informative with lots of info on procedures and costs. Just make sure it doesn't get hacked again, please. Have come to depend on it for all my medical needs. Just wish dental could be added to it.

Video chats never work, for some reason my mic and camera wouldn't connect when there's no reason why it shouldn't. If you are going to require video chats with our care team, please test the app properly. I did everything the troubleshooting guide said and my doctor ended up having to call me via regular phone.

Easy to Use app. Colorful bold graphics make navigation easy. Comprehensive. But why can't I see the graph of previous blood tests to track changes?

Worked fine for over a year. Now says I need to install a new version. Uninstalled, re-installed from Play store, still can't get into the app. After login, it says: "An updated version of the app is available. Please install it to proceed."

I had the same problem after the hack with not being able to open my account. I found that if I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, I was able to use my old username and password to open it up..Good Luck!

Extremely easy to use and to access test results. Also very convenient to access physician's office for questions instead of waiting on hold on telephone.

Pretty darn good app. No need to dig deep for important info. Well designed and easy to navigate. I like that. Would have prob given 5⭐ if was easier to print labs.

Worked well the one time I've used it. Was able to connect with my doctor through the video appointment option, though you do need to download the vidyo connect app to use that feature.

I especially appreciate being able to see my test results. It's so quick I can easily relate the results to conversations with the physician. It maintains the high level of confidence I have in Scripps as a great medical provider.

Works extremely well, my doctor and her team are responsive and being able to pay my bill, set up appointments, and even have televisits all one place is exceptional.

Terrible execution of a simple app...not intuitive nor consistent. I've had to uninstall the app many times just to be able to login

Excellent app to help you manage your overall health care. Great tool to communicate with your care team. Prompt reports of tests and guidance to help you understand the results.

Works well for me. Easy to communicate with doctor. Questions are answered right away. Better than calling, leaving a message and waiting for call back.

I have significant issues finding phone numbers and scheduling appointments with "new" doctors. Pop-ups do not give you lists of referred doctors not already seen.

Is reasonably intuitive although sometimes it's hard to find things, they seem to be getting the user interface squared away bit by bit

I have greatly enjoyed the ease of texting any new symptoms for the different health issues that I have had especially throughout Covid lockdown time periods. This has allowed me to keep current with most of my medical care.

The prescription process is horrible. No one seems to have any idea how it works, and the app doesn't tell me if there are requirements I need to perform for perception refills. This has resulted in many issues getting prescriptions filled.

This app is a lifesaver! I can check on appointments, prescriptions, test results. I can add appointments to my Google calendar from it. Thank you Scripps!

Easy to use, quick to update appointments with doctor's name, time & location, I can message my doctors with questions, I get test results quickly, app saves me time and phone calls

Loving this app! I get tons of emails per day, so it was easy to miss some of the myscripps emails. I prefer the notifications through the app!

Hate it just got a notice of a new ton. Not there. Only shows from July and April. Nothing any later. I have to update my password every time I go into my scripps. It is a worthless tool

Pretty easy to use and find what I need to find. Gets a bit slow sometimes, but over all, good app.

Worst app ever. It never let me log in, my password change all the time by itself. I had to call everytime I receive and email and every call take more than 40 minutues.
