This was a great app when I had my trial, and I love my permament SCS. It has helped with my CRPS immensely and my representative is always there for me no matter what or when. He is the best! BUT, the remote has a Bluetooth pairing function that *only* connects to the trial app. It has the ability to pair with a phone app, so why is there no permanent app to control the device? That'd be ideal! The device & rep I give 5/5 stars, but lack of app 0/5 stars.
The app has totally changed and not for the better. I can't find the spot to order adhesive patches. And there's a couple other things I can no longer access. Disappointed so much
Boston Scientific pushes you into using the app for ordering supplies, adhesive pads, for charging the SCS. My initial order was a nightmare. Finally worked with my rep to get the ordering problem solved. 7 months later it's time to reorder and I can't. Looks like I have to start from scratch and reinstall app. Not a good platform for ordering supplies at all. This process should only take a few minutes, not hours.
The app is all about the trial. I have had the implant since Dec & I have only seen a rep in office once & called my rep w/a question & felt like a two year old was being talked to. I've not called again, bc I don't like being treated as a child or an elderly person...I'm 72 & active.
It took some help from Boston Scientific to get the app working properly. However, now it does. I can order patches and fully use the app.
Its good that you have your card on your devise & you can order adhesvise. But if your reps change. You are advise to uninstall the app and re install
This app.is great to get knowledge of and keep up with your trial Spinal cord stimulator. The stimulator itself is AMAZING!!! I have been in constant continuous pain for over a decade before I got my trial. Even with the surgery pain, I had my 1st day without any pain for a little while in over a decade. I definitely advise it.
Lots of potential but falling short. I wish it could replace the remote for at the very least knowing what my battery levels are.
The trial worked great, but now that I have the implant I wish there was an app where I cud change my 1 program to include where the SCS actually helps, not just where they programmed it to go.
I have had the implant for a couple of years. It does work well and does cut the need for medication. No issues support is excellent.
The spinal cord stimulator is a true miracle. It has brought me 100% pain reduction and my mobility has increased dramatically too. Everyone at Boston Scientific has been superb including my brilliant, appointed clinical technician John LaPointe who has been a blessing with his vast knowledge, patience and expertise that has made my entire experience with these Boston Scientific implants a breeze. I really appreciate John's dedication to his work and to his clients/patients a great deal.
It doesn't work for me had someone from boston scientific stimulator on phone and no matter what we did i couldn't get it to connect or set it up so I could order i got as far as it thanking me show the tracking page the learn page and connect page but said I need a rep to connect cause they needed to scan bar code tried to go to settings but the only thing it said was my name and the terms and policies
Just dial the 1-800 number they are friendly and accomodating company as a whole gets 5 star's. It would be nice if you had simple control's such as on and off accessible thru the phone.
Doesn't show how to work Bluetooth and doesn't help you with buying covers for your remote or what colors or prices... it's generic junk i can watch on YouTube... it's an app full of infomercial junk, nothing useful
Does not have "order supplies" button on application. Calling your company, I was told there was such an option, but could not find it! Your app is useless! Therefore, I am deleting it!
A good app with good Information inside, videos, articles, also let's you keep up with pain levels, etc.
Suggest an " order supplies" menu option in the menu screen. Otherwise, a spot on app. Thank yoy!
I've had an scs for about 10 years. It helps tremendously. I would recommend this to anybody with chronic pain.
Excellent always, however; I wish it had a setting that would show on my apps screen.
For a person who is not savie to computer or other programs it's not user friendly, make it simpler.
Very easy app too use during the trial period of the back stimulater.
Its been waiting to download since 730 am, i cant even update any of my apps on my phone please fix nd ill change the 🌟 rating

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It's better than living on Gabapentin.
This app has not been very useful for me
I have this scs in me, yes it works if you have good Dr's and a good programmer that hears you. But after the trail this app is junk. You walk out with some old school remote that don't work with your smartphone. So watch what they tell you and what ins coverage or if that was a real Trail, programming still in database testing?. But like I said it works if it changes.....
