App is wonderful - I am able to make deposits very quickly! Very convenient not having to drive to the bank definitely makes things less stressful!

I really like the mobile app. It is functional and I can easily access it with my thumbprint or my passcode. I think the one thing that needs serious improvement is the check deposit option. I am glad it has this feature; however I have to sometimes take a picture of my check multiple times before it will send it through to be deposited. I have had to go up to the bank before after trying mobile deposit several times with failed attempts.

Like the app. I don't like that you can't personalize your debit cards. And I wish I had the option to see more details on each transaction

I have a credit card also, and for some reason it doesn't show up on my app. I have to log into the website, and go through card services, and log in there to do anything with it.

Best. Bank. Ever. Easy to use app. It is hard to understand the way it processes sometimes. But overall, Great!

Never have problems with anything I need to do on the app. Everything is easy to navigate and understand. Kept Simple which is nice

I've use it to check account balances, pay bills and even deposited a check. it was easy to use and with the finger print access if I lose the phone my account would be relatively safe. So all in all a nice app that I highly recommend.

I really like this app!! The interface flows easily, allowing me access to all my accounts with a simple swipe. I'm also confident my info is safe and secure when using this app. And I absolutely LOVE the mobile check deposit feature!!

Really love the convenience, but the check deposit feature could be better. It seems to, without fail, ask if the picture is clear on one or both sides, then go through after you say yes.

Absolutely love this app and bank! I can access all my accounts with ease. I can pay on my loans and deposit checks. I can virtually do everything I need to do with my accounts with any trouble. if I do have any issues it let's me call to the customer service line in the app!

The app is user friendly But the quick balance widget rarely works. Sometimes if I remove it from the screen and add it back it will load but sometimes that doesn't work either. Widget needs fixed.

I have bn a customer going on four years and I love what this bank does for their customers and has done for me while on a set income!! Great service, always courteous and quite personable. SCU has helped me to build my credit and have always been available in a time of financial need. Last but not the least.. a very special kudos to April Settles as she has been a true gem and always goes beyond the call of duty! Ty April!...I mean it sweetie mwahh!!🎈😘⚘⚘⚘

I Really DON'T like the new BOLDED Letters & Dates for each transaction - it IS DISTRACTING & HARDER TO FOCUS ON. ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER EYES. You have to go back & forth from Bold to Not Bold (FOCUS, UNFOCUS) as your looking & it IS AGGRAVATING & SLOWS YOU DOWN. SAME WITH PUTTING THE DATE UNDER EACH TRANSACTION INSTEAD OF ONE DATE ABOVE EVERYTHING FOR THAT ONE DAY, THE WAY IT WAS. I Don't usually say negative things but this has made what was a Good Look to a Bad one. I do NOT like this at all.

App overall works fairly well. I don't like that it makes me look at the picture of the check a 2nd time before it let's me complete the deposit.

This app is very easy to use and I van do everything I need to do from it. It is great

The app is very helpful, especially since the closest branch is a nearly 40 mile round-trip drive for me. It makes deposits so much easier!

Almost every check, no matter how perfect you get it, gets questioned. I resubmit without taking a new picture and the exact same picture gets accepted. SMH!

Very well organized, making it easy to do many types of online banking. I would have given 5 stars except that the app sometimes takes a long time to open.

I am new to state of SC and was referred by a few co-workers! I have not experienced all that the bank has to offer but, I am planning to have a long term business relationship. I hear there is a lot to stored ahead for me banking with SCU - Thank you!

Easy to maneuver through. Accurate

I'm not very tech savvy, but this app is very easy to navigate and saves me many trips to the bank as well as the post office to mail bills. If I can use it, anyone can!

I love this app. It's easy to check on my transactions and balances. I took away one star due to the app not having the finger print function anymore. But still I great app
