Cannot download the app even after having high speed internet and wifi connectivity .. not the first time.. even after trying multiple times over few days. even going to the counter in sentosa.. though the staff there were fantastic in helping and guiding.. but still cannot download
Cannot find e-card, how to show it to staff? Cannot edit details like vehicle IU, cannot find personal details to edit. Login a few times and have to verify email all the time with OTP. Is the app developer not looking at the reviews here? It becomes a useless app if you want to go digital but nothing works in the app.
The back button for Android user is meant for back to previous page function not to exit the app. Every time I click back, the app closes. Can the app developer be more caring for Android user. Zzzzz.
This is not a useful app. I purchased tickets using the app. It was a poor experience You need to find the right ticket booth to redeem for tickets it took us an hour. The wifi coverge was terrible so the directions are pointless. You're better buying tickets you want on the day and using a paper map
I do not know what's the use of the apps. I can't see login button for islander membership. I click in to promotion and it leads me to empty page. All and all, it only land me to main home screen, and nothing more.
Unable to launch the program at all once you login to your membership acct. When try to use it to claim car pk, program just failed to launch. Unable to get parking coupon. Losuy app.
I got a notification warning me that this app was running in the background and was draining more battery power than normal. Why was it running? It's also useless if I can't trust to use it while away from my charger for the day. Uninstalled.
Can't log into Islander membership. Went on an infinite loop of getting OTPs, but when you click "Verify", the login process restart

Turn off the music that plays every time app starts. Map is not reliable.

Searched for Hydrodash and it pointed me the wrong place in Sentosa! Can developer pls update this app? Makes Singaporean lost in Sentosa. Think Google is even more accurate and useful compared to this app.
app keeps crashing.....there is supposed to be free wifi via the app but where it is is a mystery was of time downloading....

Where is the islander e-card? I renewed in May 21, and I didn't even get a physical card as I was told to present an e-card, which is non-existent in this app.
Ridiculous. Can't log in. Can't load pages. Can't do anything with it. Sentosa is supposed to be the State of Fun. This puts me in a state of pain!

the app not working
Not super app friendly. But works. Manage to login. Saw that others had issues signing up in the app. But I signed up in the official website. Not sure if that's why. & Also the only way to go back to the profile page is to click the wavy orange lines on the top left hand corner. Which honestly, that doesn't look like your usual options button. Because otherwise, if you click back on your phone, logs you out.
