Do you want the real old and wonderful app? Follow me! Browse the Internet looking for both v5.8.2 and v6.4.6 versions. Download them, install the former, then install the latter. Et voila! The old fully functional app is back in your hands! And if you have an old backup... feel free to import it 😉 BTW: remember to never update it through the playstore; if you have automatic updates, disable them to not loose your work getting the latest -unwanted- version of the app.
I'm suddenly getting a message ststing, "the developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of its." It's no longer on the app store. What happened. I've relied on this to store all my favorite products and brands for years and suddenly can no longer access my data. What gives?
I love the simplicity and ability to customize this app, and depend heavily on it for weekly shopping trips. Went to install on my tablet, and it's no longer available in English. Please bring English language back so I can return 5 star rating.
I have used this app for years. I just got a new phone and tried to download it and found there is no English language available....unbelievable!!!! Myshopi, can you let us know why you have removed the English language from the app and if you intend to restore it in response to your customers feedback? It is a real shame as I always depended on it for my weekly shop. I guess I'll have to go back to the good of notepad and pen...
Update 2019-02-10 - - To all of you still wanting the English version do a Google Search for MyShopi 6.4.6 or lower .APK file. Then turn off automatic updates and never update the app. This is what I am doing and still enjoying MyShopi the way it use to be. Still many thanks to MyShopi for such a great app. Wished it could have stayed the way it was. Alas it was not meant to be. Cheers.
PLEASE MAKE AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AGAIN! Best shopping app I've tried. Love the favourites list, pictures, and being able to search for pictures of the exact product. Unfortunately I got a new phone and now can't get the app in English. Please fix this soon so I can use it again!
Just lost all my cards. Tried to create an account on their website to sync my cards to another phone. The phone containing the cards had a sync error and when it finally synched, it removed all my existing cards.
No English Now - I've just come back to using this app that I've had routinely installed for years now only to find that it will only let me continue in French or Dutch with no choice of English offered as before. I've asked the developer to explain and assist me and I'm currently waiting for a response by email and here. Will consider uninstalling pending that.
My daughter accidentally deleted this app! I searched for weeks and now that I finally found it, I'm very disappointed that it is no longer available in English 😩 I tried other apps and by far this one was/is my favorite....
Was... the best app for Grocery lists until they Remove English. Like others I had to reinstall the app to find this out. I was using this app for approx 10yrs. I would pay to have the old version back.
Sorry for the low rating but I opened this app and I got a choice between French and Netherlands languages. If I tried to escape from that screen it's simply closed the app. I don't speak French or Dutch.
I recently bought a new phone and discovered that this much beloved app that I've used for years is no longer available in English. Developers PLEASE bring it back. I've tried so many - they don't measure up to yours.
I'm so mad that they took away English & the way it was set up! I used this app on every phone since I found it. Now I can't & the other apps just don't work for me. Give me back myshopi!!!!
Who's had the wonderful idea to block the login if you had a previous version in another language? Edit: kill the app and it's possible to login the next time. Still a bad idea...
for the last little while it's been harder to use the app. Now after the last update it can't even find Canada - it used to ! So it now gets a crappy review and I'm uninstalling!!

I was using this app some time ago for a long period of time and decided to unstall again and was very "surprised" there is NO English language! It was so good app and now what?!
It used to be great app but no English support anymore. Was forced to uninstall, will give 5 star rating when localization gets sorted.

The English version was so easy to use. Other apps try to do far too much and complicate their app. My wife , who doesn't get on with computers phone etc. absolutely loves this app. She loves the ease of use and in particular the ability to add photos, new lists and new categories. We have tried most shopping list apps on Google Play and none compares. Even most of our relatives and friends now use MyShoppi (English). But the only way I can install it now is to use an old version stored on an App backup I have.. I feel it was VERY SHORT SIGHTED to remove this English version. I think everyone that uses it would be willing to pay for such a great app. Bring it back as a NEW app that is like the old one (maybe free as a basic function taster) but add extra features such as syncing, sharing (properly) custom images etc as a premium version. I'm giving it 5 stars only for the old English version. For me it gets NO stars for the current version.
