Want to stop my all sips but there is no options in dashboard for stop sip. customer service number is not working..send them mail no response from there side.. how i inform them that I don't want to continue my all sips.
App is good but customer supporting team behaviour is ridiculous, they didn't picup call on time and no call back, they have no idea how to talk a customer, talking sense cheesy.
Customer care is not useful. Without analysing the issues they provide feedbacks. After providing screen shots they are saying no issue in App. Start using web application. If web application is solution then why you have launched this app.
Not satisfied with this new update.. In transaction history earlier it shows how much profit or loss earned by every single sip but now overall earn showing..
MySiponline Team Is a good team & i always receive timely response. My suggestion is that we investor should be able to start or stop the sip at a click. I hope my suggestion would be looked upon.

first of all kyc required in which individual have to sent all documents offline. After sending documents profile still incomplete .not satisfied . still unable to invest. bakvas app.
App features are good but app service is not good. My auto debit service is not started since last 2year also service care is not responding at all.
unable to update the app and its not opening. error code 910. tried all possible ways. Why not you allow to enter without update. unable to visit my page.
my amount has been deducted but didn't got any notification, message or email of confirmation that your SIP has been started, even no records found of transaction in your app as well......refund my money back ASAP
Nice app to invest in mutual fund for layman's and always and easy access to support . New ul has many more informations,requesting old transaction style was more helpful where we used to get latest nav asset value and options to sto/restart sip easily Thankyou mysiponline.

I am using this app for last 1.5 years. Very easy to use and informative. Support from team also very good.
After updating it's I logged in but it's not showing my old profile, it's showing blank and when I try to reset password it's showing mobile number is already registered and not allowing me reset my password.
Got a call from customers support within 6 minutes of raising a ticket . Very prompt response. Easy to use interface.

The best investment app for now, you can find out ur way of investment, and the cherry on the cake is their consultancy and support which is good and yeah!! Quick response team too.
Only one instalment was done after that no monthly money was deducted when I mailed the complain they asked me to submit my details again .Two times I have submitted still no progress.

I am unable to update the app, it is stuck at 95% I have tried to re install but same problem persists.

Whenever i open app always need to sign in .. please release new update and fix this solution whenever i login with google and whenever i open app always say you need to sign a account that's not good
Such a poor service. Even after completing the bank mandate My SIP is unable to disburse my amount and they are not giving any help. I have completed my auto debit mandate when I started my investment. The opted plan got stopped by the company and now after a locking period when I am trying to claim my amount due to pandemic hit and financially unstable situation they are asking me to complete the bank mandate. Now I am in need and they are not giving my hard earn invested money. Bad service.
No one picking a call. I have tried many times but never received any call. Very poor service

This app good for mutual fund investments. But more to be Attractive and updated like other market application... Very good for new investors...

App is good, but services are not good. It's over a month while I'm trying to connect with custumer care executive, but no response from your side. I'm creating tickets regarding auto debit mendate, they alway say that please logout & login again issue will get resolved. But issue is still there.
