After login (login has no issues), when attempting to return to main page, app crashes immediately and app is unusable so have to clear data in android settings. If logged out or cleared data, accessing main page has no issues.

Currently taking a course and attendance taking is twice a day, once in the morning n another after lunch. The morning attendance is fine but I will always have problem taking the 2nd one and the latest update seem to have squashed the bug. Great job and thank you.

After updating, app so slow ... keep showing log out.. try to log in still cannot.. keep loading...

Keeps crashing after I updated the app.

If there were an option for zero star, this should be it. It forces you to log in each time instead of keeping you logged in, which makes course attendance a real hassle. It lags like hell, and sometimes does not even work for attendance, hence making us spend more than 10 minutes to mark the attendance. The website isn't any better.

The upload resume button is not working. If not the job application is unavailable. And please update the navigation flow please. After searching for a job, if i press the back icon, the app doesn't take me back to my last visited screen. Instead i have to start my search all over again and then go to the 10th screen

Newly updated website where this app pulled data from does not function after the revamp. After every successful singpass authentications, it redirected back to this app only to display a blank white page every single time. Reinstalling app does not resolve issue. It has to do with your backend system bug. No adequate testing was done and this was roll out to the public.

Very very slow page loading (waiting for minutes, not seconds) for almost every page in this app. As such this app is not meeting its purpose. To the govt staff in charge of the webservers serving this app, have u considered checking and upsizing the bandwidth throughput bottleneck? Or is the problem instead on the lack of sufficiently powerfull-enough server hardware specs? Surely a webserver that have to cater to thousands of users shouldnt be using a system that can handle only a few hundred

Useless app. You log in once and your login expored almost immediately! Everywhere you click, it keep asking for singpass signin again and again. You will be wasting your time using it. You can't check your claim status and I really find no purpose for this app. You are better off going to the website.

Horrible. Keeps asking you to log in!! I think it's about 5 logins I did before installing this and it's just as bad. Screen froze to where I want to see my applications. And there isn't a cancellation button to be found. Please fix all your lags and bugs. Non user friendly At All. 👎👎👎❌❌❌🤕

Today I've tried to open myskillsfuture app and appears for me that it has an updated version...but when I click on update,it goes to the app and there is nothing to update....only 2 options appear to "uninstall" or "open"...when I click to open...it appears again to update...please look into this problem and resolve it soon..thanks

Do not launch Singpass Mobile app when log in via Singpass. Selection of courses are quite OK, but not sure why the wide variety of prices for similar courses. Would be good to provide some comparison between similar courses

Useless. After scan singpass QR code. The app restarts or go back to home page. Happening for afew months already. And also I am eligible for an Skillfuture Qualification award. But in the app it states otherwise. So problematic. And skillfuture is takimg so long to get back to me and give me my qualofication award. So bad.

This app needs improvement. The NEW requirement of e-attendance cannot be done at all and I do not understand why the need to use this app for attendance taking as manual attendance was taken. Furthermore, safe entry was done when entering the building + the training centre....the experience makes me think twice before signing up future Skillsfuture courses .

horrible. singpass doesn't work. very slow at loading and gives lots if find out errors. is this really the best app for our nationwide skill future.

From beginning it was already lagging to load it's contents. And now, it is even worse to load it's contents. If the situation not going to improve, it becomes another white elephant, which we have many others few already became one. Time to get it improve before it turn white.

Cannot view course attendance after recent update starting from 1Aug. Blank page and "Tap to refresh" unable to load. All my other classmates also having the same issues. Uninstall and reinstalled. Restart phone also unless. Please fix the issues. 😩

Had to download this app for a course. The developer of this app has poor UX design, lagging issue is apparently a built in feature with no value addedness. Glad to see tax payers money gone into a second rate app that was probably outsource at an exorbitant cost.

Users expect apps to be responsive and fast to load. An app with a slow start time doesn’t meet this expectation, and can be disappointing to users. Frustrating user experience.

Can't log in with Singpass, I kept getting error message. When I tapped on Singoass App, it also gave an error message. Useless and infuriating app.

I have to agree with some user. Page cannot load. When click credit, just go back to Singpass. Click on Singpass, then ask to open browser Need to upgrade the server. So slow, old timer like me also cannot tahan.

It was so hard to log in, kept spinning. When I got in, it was so hard to load each tab especially the courses tab.

Lag like Shiat. Every single click, every page, loading non stop. Not responsive... Any option to give it a 0 star rating? I'm using a Snapdragon 865 phone, cannot be hardware issue.

Lousy app! Worst app i ever used. After log in with singpass, it enter a blue screen with "myskillfuture" word in the middle. Just stuck there! That's it!

Ridiculous app. When signing in, always goes to a page with ⚠️ please try again. And tap to refresh button. Don't launch an app if it's not even completed.
