It's hard running this app, almost often an error occurs every time I open this application. Compare with another app from different provider it's baddest experience that i ever had, sorry. Hope can fixed soon, or develop the system whatever it is way way more better, thank you.
Internet roaming package is very poor! The roaming package is not available in the apps, even in the official website doesn't mention clearly the t&c. Once tried buying the roaming package through *123#, turned out the sim card needed to be registered first PHYSICALLY to the smartfren gallery for roaming! Very disappointed
It's have such good UI but it become heavier instead, we need using mid-performance device to operating this app or it will become freeze n stuck, need more optimization for low-performance device so they can use the app. N your dev should fix payment issues, it's annoying. Can't wait for next update, i hope you'll fix it, wassalamu'alaikum.
This app is the pinnacle of messiness. The UI is very confusing. Too many pages and these so called "features" which actually just a bunch of gimmicks (Why don't yall just keep it simple and straightforward? I think it's gonna be easier for the devs to maintain, and users will be more comf). The UX is so bad. It takes ages for the page to load even using Smartfren's own network with full signal. The buttons are very unresponsive. It took me half an hour to do simple task such as purchasing data
Slow loading even when using Smartfren's own network. Sometimes the menu buttons are unresponsive and it takes a long time for UI to load and the menu to appear.

The internet connection is worse than 1 year ago, before it's stable and the unlimited is still good even though i've reached the limit. But now sometimes the internet gone and the unlimited is so slow that can be used for nothing. :( . The only good point is it's quite cheap. I really want to change my provider if i hadn't use this number for everything.
Bad app, purchse history is not complete, several data is missing. Also treasure hunt chest is not able to be open, always show mobil ada masalah eventhough already follow all CS guide. Worst app over all celuller provider all. Buggy
I don't really understand what you guys do with the old internet, price of the internet its getting expensive and really slow even i buy two paket at same time it's really slow thats just waste my money to buy this internet, i really thinking want change my internet to the new one but i using this internet so long iand if i do change its gonna be not gonna be same. One last i use this and if this problem fix it i gonna use this for a while and i really hope YOU ARE GUYS FIX THE INTERNET
To those whose App keep on crashing after the latest update: You need to uninstall and then reinstall the App. This solution worked for my phone (Samsung Galaxy Android 11), at least. It seems simply Updating caused a bug. I hope this helps those who I've seen had experienced the same issue!
Treasure hunt or whatever it is, simply doesn't work and the entire UI feels cheap and confusing to navigate overall
I have 1 voucher in Smartfren apps, but can not open the voucher, I have tried opening for several days, after expiry date the voucher can not be used? Useless!! Please improve the system.
To much update_- if the application has not been updated, then the application cannot be used. Very very useful and take up a lot of memory:(

It's really got have a bad system about calculate the internet you're used, even though i just used 18 gb of my 30 gb, but all of my 12 gb internet is just got emptied, and now i can't even fix it with the customer service
Very slow connection, even with full signal, the connection stil very slow. Its no use anymore.
This provider registered me to the garbage service without my knowledge, and charged the balance without confirmation first, and this service connection is also very slow. Not recommended
Please make the Mysmartfren application simpler and lighter. So far, the application tends to be heavy because there are too many promo ads on the application display. Please place the promo ad space separately with the data quota check menu and the quota purchase menu. The botton also sometimes unresponsive. Please, we as a customer just need a simple app.
Doesn't do what it says slow and intermittent network. Furthermore there is no telling when all the data has been use up. Suddenly cannot have any connection. Wondering what has happened. Word unlimited is totally misuse.
My data often having trouble with poor connection while my signal didn't got any effect, thats mean the data that provide by this SIM card is worthless. Additional problem is this service is a total scam. I just bought a voucher to renew my data, i thought by renewing my data could help my internet connection. But this service didn't give a damn about connection either. I FEEL LIKE IM BEING SCAM BY THIS SERVICE
I've been using SF since 2018 and i think i had enough, very dissatisfied of the services, the network getting slower, the plan package getting expensiver, i can't draw back my money, and also there's no notification when your data runout!
Forced to update this even when I was out of internet quota. I ended up must wait to connnect WIFI at the office to update first then buy quota. What a selfish apps!
I wanna buy unl booster, but my apps not updated, I must update it first, omg, got slowly and must to waiting for longgggg time. Surely, please make it more ease / more user friendly.
for now the application is quite easy to use but why is my internet package reaching a reasonable limit even though there is no 2gb usage yet, the package purchase info says I get 1gb more so the normal usage limit should be 2gb instead of 1.5gb
This provider is so laggy. It gets worse everyday. Even tho the signal is full its sooo laggy. Not recommended
Please for the love of god! Decrease the amount of push notifications you sent, it is crucifying.
Can't even buy certain Package because the Payment Method menu didn't show up, even tho the Package is shown clearly on the menu, it's annoying especially when u needed it urgently. And no, it's not package conflict because my profil clearly stated i have no Active Package. Hadeh....
Bad UI/UX, very hard to navigate from one page to another. It takes forever just to open home page. Pop ups everywhere, making the app itself even slower. Too many features on one page, making it confusing. I only installed this app to buy internet data. Not to mention you definitely should fix your network. It's getting more and more terrible.
