i dont know what everyone else is talking about, i only saw the video once when I first install the program I have no problem with the program running launches every time it remembers me the only problem I have is the map does not work you cannot zoom in and some reason I cannot see my usage compared to my production I actually have to go into my PSE app to see my usage. It would be nice to have both charts one on top of the other like some people have but guess I would have to have a battery

Look at the app permissions. Why do they need to see all the apps, activity and bookmarks on my device? Why do they need access to my photos? Why do they need to see my contacts? Not enough to provide a service that we ashtray pay them for without an overreaching data grab?

Hello there. Please i have been trying to open up the former app, Solarcity but its telling me -- webpage not available. "What the hell is going on?" Now how am i to sign in to this new app with gmail. Please fix it cos i really thought all of this was okay but now i cant access my account.

App is a garbage web app. Has very long unskippable opening video which is a huge no no. billing section doesn't work, all is slow and poorly designed

Like seeing real time production. Like the Amp it link where you can communicate with other people and post production photos. I think this App will be going away August 1st, 2019. That would a bummer as I'm not sure there is anything else to replace it and be ad free...

Can't skip the stupid intro video. Start page always show useless information such as total power saved by all customers and not my own.

It's still going to be "right back" as of 2/2. but this is typical of the Tesla solar service; it's definitely the poor relation to their cars and SpaceX!

Junk, only shows what a typical system might do. Can not get any real time info of what my actual system produces.

Keep This App Alive! The Tesla app does not work as well as this app for Solar Panels. Change the name if you like, but keep the engine of this app. Thank you!

why tf do you have an app and i cant access the payment section?? i dont care how much power i produced and saved if i cant go to pay my bill. its a basic function to every utility app to provide. seriously, god damn its frustrating. android - note 9

Completely unable to find current out put of my solar panels; comparisons to previous days, weeks etc. Old Solar City web site was fare more comprehensive - and easy. Why can't I obtain relevant information on Windows 10?

billing part of app doesn't work. i don't care how much energy everyone else is using. the app developer needs to get their priorities straight.

I can't access any of my billing information. Not sure the purpose of having a billing choice that takes you nowhere.

the powerguide keeps on losing connection to server. the "nearme" xoom in option doesnt even work.

Annoying video plays at open. Cannot reset a password because the site errors. Waste of time.

Annoying voice at start then wont let me sign in although I did it three times to make sure it was all correct

This app has been disabled and the new Tesla app that is supposed to replace it doesn't provide the same information

I get so fed up with attempting to sign in to my account & then get erroneous emails stating my auto pay has been received only to find out it has not. I am so sorry you bought solar city out

To evasive. They have no need for all my contacts photos etc. I done with it.

Can't create an account. New customer sign up, creates Forgot password instead.

Please don't get rid of this SolarCity app. The new Tesla app is terrible and doesn't provide all the data visualization that this SolarCity app provides.
