I would like to give negative marking for this application. You guys really need to work on your application. This application is only waste of time. I had my blood test I received my reports but when I logged in this application I am not able to see my reports. This application only allow you to choose preloaded cities in address. What about other cities. You can not find sample collection center near your house and many more things. Worst app I ever used.
Torturous. Poorly designed. App asks for OTP, does not auto read and if one goes to sms to read, app is reset and process starts again. App ate my reward points assuming transaction was completed. Haven't come across a more painful app. Wasted more than an hour and still couldn't complete my transaction. Horrible is an understatement.
This is the worst service app I have ever used. Everything is a mess right from Login to the booking confirmation. The cities they have listed is not even getting validated now and I am unable to book. Their team asked me to reinstall the app and after I did, all my family members profile got deleted. The process to add them is worst as well. Overall the most pathetic UI UX and app that I have ever come across. Will better look for Metropolis!
Update: Has become even more bad. Horrible experience. -- Havent seen a health app being this confusing. Impossible to detect user id and password as for each offline appointment a new user id is generated which becomes tough to map online. Workflows are also horrible, customer care has no idea about logins (and rightly so), but app asks to call cc. Basic functions dont work. Cant add family members with ease. Really need to work on ease of use. Its a mess.
Worst app ever. Data not loading and pages getting freezed. Same issue is with webapplication as well. Hence I can say that technology team is not sound and not doing their job properly.
Worst pathology company overall. Their app never works properly. It takes ages to find a test and book the same. After all the trouble for booking, their collection executives are unprofessional and they misguide the customer. For reports you have to call them in the evening multiple times. Also when trying to connect with their call centres, they keep the customer waiting and waiting and never respond. Horrible experience.
Starts Crashing after input of my pin. Doesn't work at all. All my reports are inside the app and now I can't acess.
App keeps showing please wait. If you need some information to fix this issue, I can try to explain a bit more. To use the app once, I have to uninstall it and after installing again it works but when I try to use it again, it keeps showing please wait. To use it again I have to reinstall it. Android version 10. Device- Realme 6 pro.
Useless App.. Tried booking test package. Takes ages to load and was not saving personal information properly.. Payment failed twice but got deducted from bank. Help on WhatsApp is very poor. Had to call for refund...
Booked A week prior appointment for all the tests (HOME VISIT). We also received confirmation on sms followed by reminders for the test. On the date of appointment neither the SRL manager Not the assistant who was to show up were reachable. Called the call center and they mentioned the Manager would call back. But NO one from SRL called ... Pathatic services. LOCAL LABS DO BETTER JOB THAN SRL
Requested OTP is not received even after trying twice, Shows error "Something went wrong!" on trying to go back to the login page.
App doesn't allow to login. So no bookings can be done. After otp is received, the app freezes.
Not able to open the app. Previously it was working on other phone. But in real me x7 max app is not able to open.
Really feeling sad that the improvements are not improvements. Before, on a Wifi of 72 mbps, it used to say that " u are on a slow connection". Now, it's NOT EVEN OPENING!!! Also, the latest graph representation is REALLY REALLY BAD..just lines with no dates or data and do confusing. Previous line graph was much better. Lemme know how to get through the image page as i prefer booking my test on app
Each and every time your app tells to rate. What is this. Even when in a single day it pops to rate 10 times.
Though I am selecting a city from the drop-down it still doesn't work. Keeps showing me that the city is not valid. Hire a tester!
Very pathetic services, not receiving call after booking appointment. continuesly reschedule appointment without any prior notice also the Home collect Expert number is switch off once assigned. Need to call continuesly to take update reports also receiving late.
Very bad experience. Half of the time app doesn't work. It doesn't allow to login. Very slow
Horrible horrible app. Won't allow me to register my profile. It just won't accept my city in the address section and thus, my profile is never complete.
Adding family member does not work. Support team on WhatsApp chat is the most pathetic. You can send a message and they won't bother responding for as long as they like. But if you don't respond to their message in 1 min, they will end the chat and you have to start over. Even then they won't respond. You just keep repeating the same exercise and never get a resolution. They say someone will call you but never get a call back as they promise. Very disappointing
3rd class app, need to hire a well educated developer. Not even searching for city and without that not able to save the information.
Doesn't login with mobile. Shows some internal error no matter how many times tried. Same with email!
After the city list update there must be some issue. Not able to add new family member. Shows error : city valodation failed.
The new app is quite user friendly and quite fast. I booked a test and got a call within a minute. Excellent Services rendered by SRL. Good Job
Its completely usely if want to register a complaint it just keeps on showing an error. The company doesnt give invoices I dont know why not
It was a good approach to ease booking for lab tests previously but for that last few months I am not able to open the app at all... The page does not open no matter how many times you try. Thinking it to be a technical issue, I tried uninstalling and then reinstalled the app but of no use! The problem remains the same-the page doesn't open. Despite telling the staff of SRL branch near my home about the issue no such measure has been taken till now! The app is a failure!
Third class app. Payments keeps on failing. Money deducted from account. No auto credit. Even after raising multiple times to customer care still haven't got refund yet. Worst app i have ever seen. If you don't have the technical capabilities just work with pen and paper, highly disappointed. Edit 1 - It's been more than 20 days since the money is deducted and still no refund Pathetic customer service, giving same reply everytime that we are working on it. Never going to use Or recommend SRL.
