This is by far the best diving app from all the agencies that I've been involved with. Digital learning, videos, tables dive log, equipment tracker all in one fantastic app. When issues happen the SSI team have been very responsive and fixed issues in a short period of time.

Been having a very poor experience with this app. Hangs when trying to open it. When trying to open the scanner, it will freeze, or not recognize QR codes. When trying to verify dives, it will again freeze and do nothing, and have to force close the app.

the app is great! helps me log my dives and such! while out abroad I recommend an offline mode that you can sync when you get internet Incase an area has 0 bars and no connection.

Initially it was not so easy to navigate but as I logged all my Dives it became easier. I would like to see buddy dive verifications as I dive with different centres with different affiliations.

not a user friendly and the scan award diving verification most the time doesn't work This new app does not work on my laptop, does not even download the program, it only works on my Iphone, My SSI app is up to date, my new Genius MARES computer is up to date, my personal phone is up to date and it sinks to my phone via bluetooth connection SSI app but will not download at all, whether iI set it to metric or imperial will not download, when I enter the dive manual it will not find the dive site

First, I love SSI and I'm very impressed by what they are doing. Second, I hate hate hate the app. Please make us a modern revamp the app look and feel are very last century. -> update: the new app looks amazing, can't wait to use it for real. It may take a while till it stablizes like any new app revamp but really thank you SSI <3

After updating the app, all my dives from this year (2022) are gone. I had around 260 dives logged on the app and now there are only about 42 and they are from 2021. FIND MY DIVES.

The recent update is substantially better. I was very happy to see they implemented (even if incidental) a suggestion I requested in email.

Works well and looks good as well. Would like wider functionality when it comes to loading historic dives to the logbook.

The new update is good. User interface is well upgraded and dashboard view is well taken care of. overall the app is close to 5 star 🌟 rating

great update. looks epic. One sugestion, the icon screen looks a little basic but great layout and concept.

Never had any problems with the app. The new version is much better allowing far more detailed input. A big improvement.

The apps keep crashing and can't scan the dive center QR Code after update.. The old one is better

The thing I would like to see is the ability to sync dives with my Shearwater app.

I would like to have shearwater added to the app for downloading dives, but other than that it's great. 👌

This app really helps me organize my info and get inspired to do cool new things!

Loving the new design and how things are organised now!

I wish the app had all the same info to fill out as the SSI paper dive log. Especially weight you used & if you need to try more/less. Would also like to see all the dive information with 1 click, instead of 2 for the details, where you can no longer see depth & time. Like the list of wildlife to record what you saw. Would be nice to have ID photos, or way to post your own photo. Built in dive table calcs would be nice too. Perfect app would sync with all dive computers.

Lost all but 3 of my verified and synced dives. Incorrect amount of dives recorded, regardless of editing it on the website (I made one in error, deleted it and it is still counting it towards my total.) Dives that were verified by my instructor didn't appear correctly on the app or the website. Overall, difficult to use. I am just going to use my physical log book.

My instructors were top notch! I am very confident in my ability in the water.

It's good and easy to use but the log book scanner is a bit buggy

It rotates the screen, however I disabled this feature in OS level. Always reloads the content that I reading, and jumps back to the beginning of the chapter. Very annoying. The UI is horrible, its build is absolutely illogical. Lot of bugs! This app was not tested for functionality before release. Almost useless.

It's barely usable. Lots of crashes for instance if you use a comma when entering you average depth. Crashes when I try to download the HD course. It seems like the UI/UX is actively fighting against material design principles. Please hire some competent developers.

excellent app...makes logs very easy.very informative too!!

unusable and slow. i can't seem to edit a dive after backing out of the initial entry page. there is a strange syncing component that adds a huge lag to everything that you do, in the realm of minutes. for the amount you pay for an ssi course and how hard they push the app, i expected better.

Good App. What I'm missing: Loading bar when loading content especially trainings, because that can take a while. The app seems to ignore the orientation lock. It just turns even though the orientation lock is on. That's very annoying when you're laying in the bed...

the new versions graphics are very well improved
