Broken, many things don't work, cannot even use my card to purchase Internet subscriptions, or add a new card. Very bad user interface, even worse system. Have to go elsewhere to pay to recharge, when the app should be able to it easily.
It doesn't offer a real technical support; there's only a useless robot that interacts with very few set of pre selected questions. Furthermore, the app doesn't allow you to submit a complaint just like the other channels.
Packages are too expensive. Automatic renewal doesn't work on time and will leave you without service until it finally does get renewed (if it does) using whatever credit you have when making a call or using the internet. I've had to do it manually every month. For the cost of service you would think they could do better than this.
How I wish there was a zero Star 😕😕😕😕 A very disappointing app. Your data packages are very frustrating. The Social data finish very fast. Local data can't work if you have no Social data. And so many other problems. I am very disappointed 😓😓😓
App doesnt work half the time. Says thr OTP is incorrect even though its is NOT. Cant purchase credit most of the time due to some bug in the mada payment option. I wrote this review 2 years ago, fast forward tothey still havent improved a single thing in this app, everytime you want yo login to recharge your credit its a steep battle.
App is not working since last few days . It displays msg "pls check your internet connection". Don't know what to do. Dear stc app developer, - I am writing this review because I have a working internet connection + wifi.
I am totally ver very disapointed and not happy about it they quick cut the edge of my balance i did not know why? This is very first time happen i was suprise not same before it was very excellent no bad expirence have re charged if now bad not same before if have re charged i have bonus no u ducted my recharged with out info me bad
Thank you for the great job. Just one comment, that if you could make it to work without net because some times I have no balance yo login &activate whatever subscribition to keep on line.
Really painful after every 2 to 3 days this app need updating. Many of the options could be avail only through this app in order to use sawa online services, therefore please make this app consistent to facilitate the customer.
There's definitely something wrong with the packages. 1. Some of the smaller data plans on 2999 are not on the app. 2. You say 25gb for social media or YouTube but my main data gets consumed. We need a list of "social media" the data is meant for. 3. Once the main data is consumed, social media data is useless, I've lost over 100gb like this over the past 4 months.
Pathetic app, since last 2 months it has stopped working and keeps giving the Error "To protect your data MySTC can't be running on rooted device". I am using Huawei Honor 10, with Android 10 and device is not rooted. Its is same as it came out of the box. The app was working till last 2 months ago but after that stopped working at all.
Worst app ever. Even worse tech support. I had balance of 460 sar, trying to purchase a plan that cost 450 sar. App won't allow, not even on web page. Informed tech support, it's been 2 days, no follow up or update. Tomorrow my old plan expires, guess stc will force me into a plan that they think I should take as I have enuf balance for them to decide. So final words. I don't get to choose even if I pay.
Not being able to initiate unautomated/predetermined queries/enquiries makes the app a no no no. Diverse issues affects customers. Plus, they need to make their Twitter handle functional in the chat Direct Messages
I recharged an amount from these app by payment stcpay, but unfortunately the recharged amount hasn't add with my balance, Although I have done the payment completely on stcpay.
The direct billing payment for Microsoft is not working. When I go to management in my account. It is turned off. It used to be turned on and now it's just saying "this service is unavailable" when I try to turn it on. I have already used this service not long ago so why is it making a problem now? Please fix this
the application does not work at all and the past 4 months I've been asking my sister to renew for me gives the same exact error every single time, I've reported the issue over 2 months ago and it's still happening there is literally no use for this app if you're running on Android
This app doesn't work with the Android devices, especially Huawei phones. When you add a new payment method, the app refuse to use it! You must buy sawa recharge cards to pay your bill and that is unacceptable. Why do you make me use your app when the only payment method is buying recharging cards from the grocery store?!
does not send the 4 digit code when log in to my acccount ..when i press send code again it said already send but it does not! please fix this issue
The app been really bad past few months, when I tried to renew my data package I can't get code for payment and I end up buying date from my other sim mobile its shame that I tried them every month but same problem again and again this will be the last time I'll try buying data from them..., hope they fix the problem
Continously updates making bad effects. Just data wastage. After each update the app become worse.
Bad experience. I choose a package and before the package expires they send a message that your balanced is consumed.
not only this app is the worse even those sitting in the office, i tried to recharge sawa flex plus using this very bad app instead of activating the package i was charged 230SR in my post paid internet plan! when i reached out to them about my issue, they just ignored my complain in all stc costumer care portals! what are you doing! this is stealing money from your clients in broad daylight VERY VERY WRONG!!!
Before it was OK. Now it's to sleep for 5 minutes, with no code or state wrong code! despite making sure of it. I noticed that only you can enter and see five digits. It's a waste of time, member or not. Thanks anyway
Very okay but one mistake you have to work on is how someone can access the app without any chargers just incase of purchasing internet package through my STC
It is painful to run out of data and not be able to renew data with the app even when one has money on the phone
@stc_ksa @SAMAGOV_SA I cannot able to transfer money from my stc account & also cannot able to see available balance in my wallet. After the Upgradetion process , so kindly solve my problem ASAP. If you need any additional details kindly DM.
After final exit how many days more my stc sim will be active..I can't use this mobile number to get my OTP no....and I couldnt do any transactions with this number .it shows not connected....cannot oper even my STC app
The older version of the app was superb. However, ever since they updated it and set this ugly purple theme, the app is useless. Full of bugs and rarely opens. Not to mention the fact that it is not user friendly any more. I really cannot understand why the hell would they mess something that's working fine. I really am considering changing my service provider as yall cannot get your act straight.
Awful. This App does not work. At all. Ever. It says I don't have an account, but I can't create a new account because I already have an account. On the rare occasion it recognises my mobile number, registered with them for years, it says it has sent me a secure pin number when it hasn't. Magically, if I try to pay for this appalling service via credit card the payment goes through smoothly. Sums up their priorities. Am cancelling the service now and will very happily do without.
