Mysterium: A Psychic Clue Game

Great game. Makes me really want the board game version. My only complaint is that, due to the lobby not being very busy, I end up having to play a solo game against AI players. I don't mind that so much but the algorithm makes no sense to me. I play as the ghost mostly and even when I have really good vision cards, the AI psychics make seemingly random choices and every game ends in defeat. The AI seemed to work much better in story mode but not general play. Could be better.

The concept, story and art is awesome. Unfortunately the app is quite buggy which is a major detractor. The selling point of the game is being able to play with others, however this is not a good experience since there is a bug with a duplicate state error and forces to manually sign in to your account for every single game. Often times the sign in doesn't work so you have to close the game and open and sign in again. Please fix.

Login / Story Mode hamper an otherwise great experience. You'll find yourself constant re-entering your login info if you want to play online. Sometimes it gets caught in an endless loop and forces you to reboot the app. It's a pretty serious bug. The fourth story mode level is all out of whack and the bots seem to choose the culprit at random. Very frustrating. However, when the game works it works very well and feels similar to the board game. Hope they can resolve these issues for a 5/5 app.

A very fun game! I like how theres different modes (with friends in person, online, and with AI), so you can play no matter what. Challenges you and makes you think of neat connections, The only way this could be improved, I think, is if at the end of each round/game with an AI player it told you what their line of thinking was. But thats a pretty small thing, and it isnt less fun because of it

I love this game. It can be fun, and has nice features. The online lobby is getting busier as well. However, there are many bugs. It freezes, both in game and lobby, people get kicked from games, and you have to relog in after every game. I have been playing it for over a year, despite the bugs, because it is so fun, and in that time they have made no effort to fix things. It is a shame because it is otherwise 5 star worthy

Somehow, looking at the card with magnifying glass turns me down. It looks so small in my smartphone screen, hard to see. When the AI as the ghost, choose the graphic for us to predict what they see, we cannot communicate (after the game finish) what message/the reason they choose the card. So less interaction, makes thing looks unreasonable. The good thing is that the music adds nuances scary mystery feelings to those who like the game.

Wonderful game, horrifically buggy app. Unlike other games, the app simply kicks you out if you have connection issues, rather than pausing the game and allowing time for you to reconnect. We played three times and were unable to complete a game because of this bug. Also, no way to know your clairvoyance level while playing.

Absolutely love love the game itself but the app isnt very good. Everytime I finish a round I'm logged out and have to re sign in every time (you can't play unless you are signed in) for the last few days it's not even letting you into the lobby with constantly exiting and re entering and sometimes randomly boots you out in the middle of the game. I no it's not just me because many other players in the group chat have said they're having the same issues.

I've wanted to purchase the physical board game. Playing it digital to try it out for myself is not just a good way of feeling the game but also learning the rules. Asmodee does a great job of translating it to digital, but teaching how a game is played. This game is no exception to that.

Overall, I love the game, with the exception of the AI. Im shocked that you can give clearly obvious cards, and the AI doesn't recognize the connection. Giving horse cards to a horse barn should be obvious. Yet, the AI doesn't get it. I've yet to figure out what some scenario cards need. Once that's fixed, I'll easily give five stars.

As others have said, please don't waste time or money on this game. While the game is really good, the application is awful. We've only managed to complete a game once in 9 tries. The app crashes or logs a player out and once that happens, you cannot get back in the game. You're immediately replaced by an AI.

I love the boardgame version. The online version is very well adapted, from a gameplay standpoint. Great to play with friends. However, there are way too many bugs with the login, and with players getting kicked out seemingly at random.

Developer has a habit of continually adding new permissions, always without any explanation or even mentioning them. Trying to get an explanation via email is like pulling teeth, taking several months of back and forth just to get a BS, half-@$$ed answer that only shows they either have no clue what they're talking about or they're lying, neither of which is something I want from the developer of an app I use only my phone.

Great game, Minor issues with staying connected with account, have to log in almost after every game. Would be nice to have to not log in everytime. There is a connect to Facebook mode, but unable to connect. Would a great way to share the game online for more people to play.

Really annoying, we want to enjoy it but it keeps throwing players out of the game and there's no way back in. At the least it should have allow players to log back in and rejoin the game. If they can't solve the issues of kicking people out.

Just play it on Steam. The app doesn't work. Tried for well over an hour. We all had significant issues with it. Randomly getting booted from the game gets annoying

Gameplay is good and identical to the physical board game. Almost no community, so the online play is not possible at all. The only way to play is against AI in solo mode which beats the purpose of high price point of the game.

OMG, I'm totally addicted! Stimulating yet relaxing at the same time--hard to explain! I am a Tarot card reader and this reminds me of working with the cards. I LOVE being the Ghost in solo mode. It was the easiest way for me to learn

Please fix the bugs. The game is fun but the app keeps bugging. In a 3 player game, there is almost no way that we finish a game because one of the 3 person will disconnect or his app would freeze

Great concept for a mobile game, however playing with AI simply does not cut it and there does not seem to be enough of population to reliably play with other people... This is such a shame!

I like this game. Would be better to have more people online. 1* less because of the error with duplicate session. Its very annoying to login after every online game.

Great game. Very in line with the physical game. Sometimes I feel like the AI and I are not on the same wave length though 🤣.

Great replication of the board game, however every online game player reports as a duplicate session and then I have to re enter user name and password to play online again ... this bug is very annoying !

Terrible app - buggy beyond belief, to the point where it hasn't actually even started up properly yet. It might be great but I wouldn't know, cause it doesn't let me play. V disappointing.

Great board game. Bad app. i have to resign in constantly and there always only two or three people on at a time. I haven't gotten to play a single multiplayer game yet.

Installed & played one day. The next time I tried to play the app would not load and developer has not replied to messages to help me. Waste of money & terrible support.
