Bad app. it doesn't let you choose your own colors, you have to choose from 7 of their color presets. and You cant even dim it or anything. The RGB sliders in the screenshots are also non existent. Why do big companies love to create horrible apps? This just ruins their reputation. also considering that they haven't updated the app for a year, It seems abandoned. Disappointed
We cannot use the MSI mobile apps properly unless the desktop app was open too at the same time in the same wifi connection. What's the point of these mobile apps, I might as well uninstall them and only use the desktop apps.
this app is terrible, wont sync to my x470 gaming carbon just shows off even when they are both connected to the same wifi, and the only video of how to get it working on MSI's youtube page is for an old verison of mystic light all i wanna do is control this cooler i have :/
It's great if you want your components to be 1 colour. But I wanted a cycle through all of the colours to match the animation of my case, but that's not an option on the app
Horrible UI, seemed to connect okay but when changing anything it only results in turning the RGB off. Non intuitive interface to say the least avoid it.
Does not show device. Both connected to same WiFi as tutorial shows. Motherboard does not show up. No way to customize.
I dont know why it doesn't work now i tried this last year and it worked but now I can't seem to pair it even though my phone and my pc is on the same WIFI, it's frustrating.
Works for my X390 Carbon AC motherboard, Gskill RAM and also MSi GTX 1060. Down side to this app are lack of colour or cycling options compared to the desktop/windows program. App works but RBG is better controlled by the Windows application or BIOS.
Tried multiple WiFi channels and the app would not connect. Seems like everyone else has the same problem.
If we clicked on anything, it would shut off all the lights and just show off. We couldn't change it to on even after Uninstall and reinstall. Awful. I expected more from msi
Nothing but problems. After 2 weeks finally it connects to cpu but u cant control lights. Major improvements required on this app.
Well i have a problem, my Note 9 doesn't connect and it's on the same wifi where my laptop is, so i can't find the laptop to change the collors on the MSI keyboard...any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
Worked great until I got the galaxy s20 with Android 10. Now it won't even show MB in list. Old phone still connects fine (galaxy s9)
Won't work because my phone itself is the hotspot. Can't choose myself from wifi. We're on the same network, why would I choose a different one?
Connects to my graphics card super easy and controls all the rgb functions quickly from my phone.
Worthless garbage, my B450 Tomahawk has Mystic Light I managed to change the LED's and now can't because I updated the BOIS and the stupid MSI Dragon center won't let me and it feels as if MSI doesn't make any of there products user friendly
doesn't work at all. no PC detected, even though I'm on the wifi with both devices.
Wow.. this is just plain Trash. How is there no cycle through color options. Hope they fix this soon or Asus crosshair will be my next mobo

The app opens on my phone, wont on my computer. Looks like this is a normal thing for others as well. Will not be going msi in the future.

Doesn't work. No windows program for my B450M Mortar and the Mystic Light App won't even detect my PC on the same network.

The desktop program can't even keep rgb lighting I sync .for 3 years now and still hoping they bring a patch
connects to b450 tomahawk pro carbon, doesnt work though. forces all lights to turn off when eop is started.
I don't know what I expected since mystic light is trash in pc. It won't detect my 2070super x trio. Waste of time. Msi is garbage when it comes to software.
Pretty easy to setup, just make sure both your pc and phone is on the same WiFi network, such as 2.4ghz or the 5ghz band and its pretty much click and go, I do wish that there was more options for my motherboard but that's a different topic entirely.
