It's good when this app works. However, they've been having technical difficulties for the past three days. I tried clearing cache, clearing data, but the problem must be on their end. The fact that I can't see the map or routes at all makes it super hard to know whether I'll get to class on time or not, especially since I'm currently injured. I gave up hope that this app will work. I just use the CATAbus website instead. Works better than the app and doesn't take up any space on my phone.

This is a great app. You type in the name of your bus service for your city. That you can see all your routes one by one, or you can add multiple routes. Has life tracker for the each and every bus. You can even get a text alert on your phone when your bus gets close. Definitely one of my favorite apps ever.

I use this app daily... or I used to to get to work. It used to work well, but now no busses are showing up on my routes real-time. Some drivers get to my stop 10 minutes early or late and it is very frustrating if a driver is super early and I don't know about it, making me late to work. I uninstalled and reinstalled and even switched phones since this issue started and it still doesnt work. Very frustrating.

Usually works, but this app is very annoying when it is off 2-7 minutes and I miss the bus because the app told me I had way more time than I actually did. Edit: I don't what they did but now for some reason the app does not store the routes that you had saved anymore and it takes 20 extra seconds to load up every time you going to the app which is very annoying

This app uses Google maps for navigation. Last season it worked like a charm getting me anywhere I needed to go in Park City with no problems. This year, I've taken the bus twice, and both times it's gone in the exact opposite direction of what Google Maps said it was going to go. Not sure what has happened, but they need to get back on the same page

Update: just use Google maps... It's easier, more accurate, doesn't waste my battery, and did i mention it was usual right? Dear mystop mobile, " NOW " IS NOT AN ACCURATE MEASURE OF TIME. There's no way to tell if the bus was there 39 seconds ago or if it's arriving 4 minutes in the future. Old review: The new update turned this app into a resource hog and virtually all the useful features are gone. The only useful feature kept is the option to star a stop.

The app works for the most part, sometimes the buses do not show up, but I usually go by the actual schedule when that happens. But usually it works and is pretty accurate, I always knew if I could still catch the bus when I was running late or even when the bus was running late. But will the NEW updated route schedules be added soon, that start Oct. 1st??

PLEASE FIX ASAP....before the update it worked good with my regular data on my cell phone which was a little slower at times compared to high speed and wifi which it worked instantly. but, since the new update it doesn't work at all with my phone data, only with wifi... i really depend on this app because i am a frequent bus rider so, it helps me plan my daily trips

This app was a godsend for me and it was usually very accurate (give or take a few minutes) Then one day recently I opened it and it been updated. it literally doesnt work anymore. For some reason, despite the dozens of times I've tried to log on, the servers aren't working and there's always an error message. I dont know what the update was supposed to fix, but you people need to fix the update.

Great app I can do so much with this app. The thing I love the most is you can see in real time where the bus you choose is at. I also like the option to plan a trip as I use public transportation of course and when I put where I am at and where I'm going it will give me options in Google maps to see the route and tells me which busses I'll need to get to my destination and how long it will ultimately take me to get there.

It's better than nothing, but it's definitely a data hog. It consistently uses more data than my browser and podcast app. I think it's pulling the data for every bus in every route on the system every time it updates, which is nuts.

What is the point of making a bussing system app if it's just going to be wildly inaccurate? I can't rely on this app at all, rather I have to wait the approximate times seen on the pamphlet given to me by my city. I don't think it's accurate even HALF of the time. Two stars because once in a blue moon it is accurate.

My new rating is that new update made it much more complicated and I am unable to navigate as it freezes up on the screen and It doesn't look like it's giving me the next 3 departures from a particular stop. This helped me But is no longer available. I uninstalled for now.

Good but current 2021 version has problems. Like you want to switch to another app and it keeps coming forward. Even if you hit yes to close. Have to keep removing it from the tray to get it to go away and stop coming to the front even when you pick another app.

why did you remove essential functionality?! please restore the ability to save/shortcut favorite stops and be routes! please restore the ability to view the approaching bus on the map! clicking on a route for a reminder form is useless. I relied on this app, but have lost the functionality I used.

It's accurate only part of the time. It gets wonky and won't close so you have to go into your app settings and force it to close.

The app frequently fails to even load especially during heavy traffic times. When it does load it never saves my route information. This happens on 2 phones. 2 different carriers, and doesn't matter if we are connected to WiFi or not. Google maps is more useful.

This app is abysmal. Considering that the developer harvests and presumably monetizes data collected from users and the publicly funded transit authorities they contract with you'd expect that they'd actually deliver an experience that works. They don't. The app stalls during rush hour, the UI is counter intuitive, and you can't even get departure times (instead they show minutes to departure which requires you to constantly refresh the app). A shoddy effort all in all.

This app has some useful features, but it is EXTREMELY slow to load and to respond, even on 4G wifi, and it crashes constantly. And the email notification does not work. Don't waste your time.

Nothing more than a placebo. The buses don't load properly and even if the schedules are accurate I cant tell you how many times I've "missed" a bus waiting at my stop just to refresh the app to say the NEXT one exists for sure and it's coming in an hour.

This app is amazing! I can see where the bus is at. No more looking at a schedule and wondering if the bus is early or late. Sometimes texting a bus stop ID isn't 100% for certain. I feel better using this app.

This is an excellent app when it works. But the real time map has a tendency to freeze or shut down completely. Sometimes it won't let me select a route without a manuel shut down of the app or I have to reboot phone and reopen the app.
