Have been trying to schedule an appointment for 3 months. 1st time around the provider denied my requests, still don't know why. Since then every time I try to request an appointment the app crashes. Total waste of time. Can't believe my husband's company pays for this joke.
Often crashes when I open it after it's been closed for a while. Also, no dark mode! Apps in 2022 have to have a dark mode!
Everytime I try to make a visit it crashes finding a provider.. I was so hopeful for this to actually work and I could get help
Can't open/crashes. Tried uninstalling/reinstall ¬hing helps. So disappointing when trying to be healthier.
It told me there was no dermatologists in San Francisco and refuses to let me look up therapists without crashing. It also crashes when I try to input any of my allergies.
Honestly just go watch psych2go or SciShow Psych on youtube, or any similar channel. You'll get more information without the feeling of being talked to like a child. This feels like a generic self-help book that has a big word count without really saying anything at all. Or it's just saying the same thing in different ways over and over.
Found this app through my hospital employer. I really like it, but feel the videos made by your employees from the comfort of their homes is a bit insensitive to so many of us who have never had this luxury during the pandemic.
Unable to use as the app asks for an "access code" from my mental wellness provider. Why? Does this app contain top secret information or formulas? I don't get it if the objective is to help people. If it makes money through the insurance companies... I'm even more skeptical.
Doesn't work. Multiple verification codes and then lock out. Waste of time.
Pretty good. Been using it for 3-4 months now and I do believe it makes a positive difference. However, the material can be hit and miss. Sometimes you have to really hunt for the advice/cbt technique that you need. Understandable; the app doesn't really know you. After you pick what mental health journey you'd like to tackle today, you're given some information on a potential way to manage that issue, and then complete an activity that may or may not help you. Still a good resource in general.
Was using the app for a few days, seemed interesting and maybe useful. Now when I try to open it the app takes forever to log in (more than a minute) and sometimes crashes in trying. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Edit: a ~fun~ new thing is that on the occasions when I am able to log in, when I complete an activity, the app crashes while trying to save this progress π
Not quite. This app is recommended and provided through my insurance Co. Before the last update, I found the modules and features hit and miss for me. Tried the "better sleep" but found it hard to log and do. Since the last update I haven't been able to login because it and my phone didn't save my credentials and I don't recall. Just a hassle I'm not going to deal with at the moment for this app.
Need ability to move app to SD card for android 7 nougat!! I like this app. Useful content. Please add these improvements: ability to send reminders to our phones thru push notifications. Reminders should be able to be set for goals/habits/sleep plan. Allow us to check off goals we've met in the app (that functionality is currently only available when logged on to browser.
User experience has been pretty bad. Once you get in it's fine but every once in a while the app just does not log you in for minutes at a time or not at all.
I do not live on my phone and the constant "this is your first reminder.." "this is your fifth reminder.." I have a life outside of my phone. These type of notifications are deterring when im working long hours and already mentally exhausted...
My "guide is unresponsive." It should also save your activities so you can say least know what you've already completed.
It won't open, just says loading for forever. I'm bummed I can't try it again. I also wish it would save progress better
My strength helps me work through my thoughts about what makes me feel stressed and how I can be helpful meaningful and injoy the situation better to lower my stress by regaining control.
I am finding this very helpful. It is changing my life. I am anxious to keep going but I have to see the Administrator first. Be back rΓ©al soon. I love this program!!! I have been using the program but none of the videos work. The one I am using now is just a black screen. There are no numbers at the base of the screen, just a bunch of 0's. The video won't work or play. They are all like this. And it won't let me proceed and the video won"t even work!!!!!
I was quite skeptical that anyone the information in the app would be helpful. I read all the sections and logged my sleep pattern for 7 days as instructed. By day 7 I was up to 94% sleep efficiency and felt good. πππ
App keeps crashing at the end of a specific activity creating stress because I have to do it again.
I was finding the app to be super helpful, but then they came out with an update that completely changed the material in the app. I'm now unable to access any of the exercises I had used earlier, and I had to start from zero. They did not do a good enough job of letting me know there were going to be changes, because I didn't see any warning.
I've been using this for improving my sleep and it has REALLY helped. I felt improvements within a week of using the program daily. I wish it was easier to tell which portions of the sleep program I have already watched.
After using the website, I went to use the app as it seemed very helpful. But every time I sign in I receive an unknown error message. I have reached out to support and have received no response after several days. Will have to uninstall after getting zero tech support.
This app really was helping me relieve my stress and anxiety. Then it was updated and the tools that helped me are no longer there. Now I'm trying to find another app. Wish they'd change it back or add the tools back.
This app was suggested to me by someone from my insurance company. After a couple weeks I still have not found anything useful on it. Several of the activities have names that sounds like it could be good but all it is is watch a video and answer a couple questions. As for mood/activity tracking, there are many apps that do a better job. I didn't use the "coach" because there wasn't enough information on the person that explained why they are a "coach" and what their qualifications are for that.
It is a good app, I'm constantly reminded to check my BP, because I'm a busy woman, but should not be too busy for myself.
I've found this app extremely helpful. I also tried the "calm" app and I found this one had a more regimented approach to working on mental health, treating it like anything else you can learn, which I found more conducive to making progress. I highly recommend it.
This app helps me when I have anxiety. It helps me to get grounded & relaxed.
Crashes constantly. I can talk to a coach (buy they're not allowed to do anything beyond a basic check in) and fill out some basic information. Can't schedule an appointment or it will crash. Can't start a module or it will crash. If you want the number of tech support or to send messages to someone that is not allowed to actually help in any way then this is the app for you!
