As you build your workouts and training programs, MyStrengthBook captures important training data to understand how you’re performing in the gym. We track and analyze several key metrics, including volume, intensity, relative intensity, number of lifts, Rate of Perceived Exertion, exercise specificity and variation, and personal records. Each of these metrics can be manipulated in several ways so that your data is 100% customized, which are then displayed with beautiful, easy-to-understand graphics. In addition, we have a proprietary Rep Max Estimator, which learns from your training data and suggests weights that you should be able to lift for any exercise and rep range. This becomes extremely valuable in knowing what you’re capable of lifting before you attempt a max lift.

Professional training programs
For those that don’t build their own workouts, or want to experience high quality powerlifting programming, we’ve got you covered. We’ve partnered with the World’s strongest athletes, including several World Champion powerlifters, to design and share exclusive training programs on our Program Library. Each athlete releases new programs regularly, so you can trust that you’re following an effective training progression. We currently have over 50 programs on our library, which equates to over 4 years of strength programming. Program scheduling is super rudimentary (a pain if you want to shift the program or do anything really). Also contacted the support mutiple times for billing issues and never once got a single reply. Canceled a day before the end of the month and it charged me for the next month anyway. Trash, stay away

I'm gonna give it a 3. It's got mad potential but simple things like editing my workout and changing an exercise is ridiculously difficult. It just keeps loading and then nothing. I try to add a set and move that set up or down and it crashes. You guys need to sit and put serious effort into that. Great app. But the bugs, man... the bugs...

App was very slow and buggy, very frustrating to navigate. Setting up an account was difficult (buttons didn't work) and included steps not indicated on the sign up page (have to follow and email link). Had a much easier time accessing every feature through a web browser. Building a program took some trial and error, I recommend starting with bare bones and adding days/weeks from there. I dont know how there are any 5 star reviews for this ap.

There are some good qualities to it but it is very glitchy. You waste half your life trying to upload videos. It attaches metrics ro the wrong lift. It is not really user friendly.

Everything loads quickly and is much easier to use then the mobile site. Site is great for computers, but was harder on the phone. Very pleased that Android has an app now.

Sounded promising and layout looked great but the app crashes when setting the calendar. Plus it doesn't sync with the desktop version and can't change a page without manually refresh the webpage. One monthly subscription gone for nothing!
