A bit of getting use to the application of it, at the beginning. But it is working very well. Emails received twice had different pricing plans than the website. Could be a click bait for most.

I've been a member for nearly 5 years now. In the beginning it was a great app. that work almost flawlessly. But lately it is hardly working at all. It will turn on both Lyft & Uber but then the trouble starts. When a ride comes in from Uber it does not turn off Lyft, I have to manually go into Lyft and go off line,which isn't all that easy to do. This is just one of the problems I've been having and Mystro Support keeps telling me they've fix the problem. NOT even close. They need to fix it.

I just started doing both and my primary is uber and secondary is lyft. The problem I'm currently having is that I don't use inapp navigation for either platform. So after accept, my Google Maps app opens on different screen. While running mysto I don't have any issues doing this on uber side but when I take a Lyft ride, the mysto app forces the Lyft app to stay open and I'm not able to use my navigation while on Lyft trip with mysto on so I have to close mysto so I can complete Lyft trip

The app does pretty much what it supposed to do. I started with Lyft, but now I focus on Uber. I like that the trips are auto-accepted, if they meet my criteria, and I don't have to look at the screen while driving in busy traffic. There have been issues in the past with it crashing, but the most recent update which needs permission to view the screen SEEMS TO HAVE SOLVED THOSE CRASHES. As a software developer myself, I can appreciate how hard it must be to have the Lyft and Uber apps changing all the time. I have not been able to figure out how the voice commands ("Start Ride", "End Ride" etc..) and I keep getting these annoying loud pings which I ignore. Voice command is a good idea, especially all the steps that lyft makes you go through to pick up a passenger!

I like the app but sometimes it freezes and does not respond or it will not shut down lyft or uber. Problem was that they keep updating the apps. I also went in with high expectations thinking it will auto block certain rides, which was not the case. I still think it's worth it just by the way it switches seamlessly 90 percent of the time. Also my ratings went up and it is partially because of the app.

Very helpful!! Update: Just passed the free trial. I'll definitely subscribe to this service. Once you use it, it's hard to do everything manually. It's allowing me to be hands off for most of my trips. Caution to new users: carefully edit your preferences to your liking prior to selecting the "start driving" function. Depending on your region, you may be driving a lot more than you'd like to. Have fun and enjoy!

it's ok, but doesn't increase revenue. It is a great app switching app for certain. As for increasing my revenue, not at all. How does auto accepting a ride increase revenue? It takes me a second to accept a ride (or decline because I have parameters set) and 2 seconds to turn the other app off. Don't care about the stats, both driving apps give you that already. I would LOVE a free version that just switches the apps on and off. Surely this can be done for free or a small 1x charge.

It is quite convenient especially during the slow hours. Running two apps without having to worry about accepting and rejecting rides helps a bunch! The only problem I have had was when I use a 3rd party navigation app, Mystro exits out of the navigation to accept a rider in the queue. This forced me to use the uber and lyft navigation. Other than that, I can see its potential to be profitable in the future.

It's good. I don't know about $10 a month good. Update: Downgrading from 4 to 3. App often works slow, causing ride requests to appear after one has been accepted. There are other issues too. I don't have time to report all of them while on the road. Really not worth the subscription fee. Should be a one time purchase. If i have more issues, I'm going to cancel.

Great app! However, it needs a lot of improvements. The app slows my phone down to where it's impossible to change screens. The app can be really slow to where I end up getting requests from Lyft and Uber. Since I've used this app, my acceptance rating has dropped significantly. Please make some improvements! This is an awesome app. I've definitely notice more rides and more money. But the app is way too slow.

It was easier for me to just use both Uber and Lyft apps than just Mystro. I tried to cancel but there is no way to find out your account status and cancel through the app or website. I had to cancel through a number of emails finally. They of course charged me for a second month at this point, and will not give me a refund for it. Just scamming drivers out of what little profits we are making. Thanks.

Very handy tool! Worked perfectly the first time I used it. It accepts requests super fast, faster than I can reach my tablet and tapping on the request notice. With the settings configured I don't have to look at the notice. If it accepts the request, means I want it. If there's an orange box around the notice means I told it to ignore it from the settings. I can still accept if I want to override the settings. Safer too, I don't have to reach out to accept requests.

More trouble than it's worth. I used the app on and off last year with lukewarm results. I found it rather unintuitive and experienced many issues. I fared better when the app was turned off. I had purchased a one year subscription but stopped using the app after two months and cancelled my account. Now a year later, surprise...my account was not cancelled, my subscription auto-renewed and I was charged another yearly fee. I am now dealing with that nonsense. Trying to stop it, get a refund, etc.

this is a great app that does what it claims. I only wish it could perform its functions in the background. Sometimes I have wanted to look at the map of the next destination, and the non-active rideshare app is in front of it getting turned off. Small complaint, and maybe my desired functionality is not possible. Otherwise, it works great!

This app is worthless now, It used to be really good. Ever since the most recent update it is impossible to get out of the tutorial Section. And opaque black Box will pop up and totally cover a button that you are supposed to press to advance the tutorial, if you can't press the button you can't advance the tutorial so the app is worthless now. Guess I will go back to only using one app or the other not both until a bug fix comes out. Very disappointed in the most recent update.

Dissapointed. App worked good at first, now it doesn't work with Lyft, and I cannot cancel my subscription. A desktop/laptop is required to cancel. Can't access either, so I'll keep getting charged until I can figure out how to cancel. They make it so difficult to cancel, yet really easy to sign up. Shows a lot with regard to the integrity of the business.

This app doesn't work and should be pulled. I have emailed support 5 days ago and got one response after 2-days. Responded with screen shots showing the issue--and still no response 2 days later. The getting started overlay screen blocks the "auto accept" button, which apparently needs to be clicked in order for the overlay screen to go away, but you can't select it because the overlay screen is blocking it. Stupid and a waste of time. I've tried it on 3 devices and it does the same thing. I don't see how this could possibly have this many stars. Whoever is handling support for this company needs to be fired. I am going to contact both the owners and let them know that their support is terrible on top of having a buggy application.

If it worked it would be great but there are just too many bugs...ive been using it for a while yet this morning instead of being able to turn on and go its treating me like a brand new customer and making me go back through the sign up process. It never switches back to the active app after turning off one app. I have to accept rides half the time manually. Its a complete joke. Canceling subscription.

Don't do it. If you think you're only buying a 1 week subscription, no, it's a recurring 1 week subscription until you notice they've been charging you week after week. Then they make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel your subscription. To cancel you HAVE TO be on an actual computer, the cancel link is super small, and light gray against a white background to be hard to see, and they make you go through 4 or 5 more screens to actually cancel. Good companies do not do this.

Does not work with Lyft. Will lock up on you and make you have to restart your phone to shut it down. UPDATE AFTER DEVELOPER RESPONSE: I have gone to the website and downloaded the "new and improved" version and installed from my pc. And yes, I uninstalled all previous versions before installing. Still does not work with Lyft. UPDATE AFTER SECOND DEVELOPER RESPONSE: I have downloaded and installed four different versions of your app, including the one from the website that was supposed to fix it.

The app works after each uninstall and reinstalls. Than it takes long to work. It gets laggy and annoying! I have to use my second phone to navigate between apps. It is very inconvenient. I sent emails and no response. This is not what I'm pay for. It seems to have a serious unsolvable bug!! Update 01/13/19. The application still does not work right. Am upset! I told them over a month ago through email to cancel and they still keep charging my card. I am going to cancel my card for good.

Only thing it's good at is switching apps, sometimes. Filtering option absolutely sucks. There's a 5% chance of getting a long distance ride. There rest is either short rides or rides that are far from you, and end up being short rides. The long distance rides doesn't differentiate jobs that go far from jobs that are far from your location and short in distance from pick up to drop off location

Have been using the app for about 10 days. There's a learning curve, but it's not rocket science. Basically it works great, but I find it's too slow sometimes. It will a. eot a time on one platform and before it has time to turn off the other platform it occasionally accepts a ride there, too! Also, if you need to take a break it can be hard to turn it off and it winds up accepting another ride when you don't want it to . Basically, however, it's great!

I love this app! It is a bit pricey at, but you can't really put a price on driver safety. Being able to maximize my profits though multiple apps is unbelievably useful and I easily make my money back in the course of a month with the help of this app. To those of you reading my review: try the app. It (currently) has a 2 week trial, so you have nothing to lose! I was able to decide it works great for me and I'm sure many more will too!

I would give no stars. A total ripoff. I used for three days. Kept kicking me out of airport queue. I actually lost money with all the issues. Also, they say you get the first 2 weeks free, at least that was my offer. However, they charged my card on the second day and won't refund the money after I told them I have mo use for their app and what it did to me! I should of listened to the reviews her before downloading. STAY AWAY!!!

The app cant control Lyft properly. It switches to another tab on the bottom of the app, and it cant see the slider button on the top. but if you drive for Uber only, it controls uber perfectly. Only complaint I have is, the app wont let you be in other apps while you're sitting still. It will always try to switch back to your main app. And, even after you click the go offline button or stop driving button, it still is working in the background. You have to force close the app.

I WAS a "ppt user." DID love this app and it DID use to function well with just a little lag between switching apps. Now, it doesn't shut down the other app and has caused several overlaps in pings. Uninstalled out of total frustration and support stating it must be an issue with my phone. After reading several reviews I tend to think they need to do some work on tweaking what was and could be a great app!

Had a subscription for a few months. Went to cancel my subscription on the website and there is no plain option to do so... the app itself was useful until updates on the tablet required downloading from the web and following a list of steps. For a subscription it should auto update with no touch. And, once you've had these options you'll realize the dev left lots of useful things out...
