I've been using in my studio billing system for a number of months now. it is very much a mixed bag.it is very easy to set up and once I teach my clients had a navigate the app, they're able to do so with ease. however, there are a number of issues they've yet to work out that I've messaged them a number of times on and still have not heard back. My clients are not able to change their credit card information through the app. they also will take up to 5 days to deposit your funds.
If you want to keep your students don't use this app. This app is bad doesn't work at all on my desk top where I pay bills. Why on earth does anyone think we should try to scribble a mark that doesn't look anything like a name anymore is just crazy. This app always freezes when I sign my name. No other company cares if you sign they just take your credit card and your good.
Very disappointed with MyStudio, I am from outside USA, been paying for months and trying to get this app up and running, everytime I get a different story from them, just been a waste of my money, especially with our exchange rate.
APP Crashes, code is unstable, very difficult to navigate, slow software, unable to edit or modify fields, fails to save user information inside database, simple data entry test epic fail, too complicated to use and feels unsafe. Decided to delete account and uninstall
Not good. I signed in to this app using my Google acct. But once in the app it will not allow me to change my name or update any info. And its seems very hard to get help. I tried creating a new acct but its saying the email is already taken, so I have looked up how to delete acct so I can maybe recreate a new one but can't seem to be able to delete acct.
From a student standpoint the APP favors gym, studio etc owners, there is no way for a student to cancel out of a class to switch to another, or stop paymebts, in the event there is a disagreemebt with the instructor/owner you have to either get them to stop payments for you, or you have to goto a bank and get stop paymebt to occur! From the owner standpoint congrats this program would be good as there are a lot of people who wouldnt continue going but continue payments to avoid conflict.
Could not get the email link to work in my browser. Finally thought I had updated my payment info for ACH, had to do 3 times...once for each student. They should have an option for multiple members of the same family, I get 3 copies of emails, etc. ACH didnt take, finally had school owner help me put in my debit card on his computer just wanting to get it done. Got first receipts for payments and got charged bank card fee for each individual student (times 3). This is BS. Can't even log in now.
This app may be great for martial arts studio owners to switch to online payments, but as a parent of a student, this app is ridiculous! I have spent so much time trying to make this app accept ACH Payments from my already verified account, that I am totally fed up with this "easy" way to pay monthly membership fees. I am actually considering dropping my daughter's classes if I am forced to continue trying to get this app to accept my ACH payment. The spinning wheel of death is getting old.....
This app has made my life as a martial arts studio owner so much better! I've used other systems in the past but non of them seemed to keep up with technology like the MyStudio team. My students love it as well.
Sinceis very helpful and I go to the same place that made this app which is ATA Martial arts in Wyoming and this app is absolutely amazing because it helps me practice my forms my oats and plenty more it's just absolutely amazing!!! 😁😁😁😁
App won't stay open long enough to do anything. It keeps crashing and closing.
My family loved doing and taking, trying karate and Taekwondo. We also learned some really valuable lessons like respect, working as a team and caring for one another♡
Been using the app for our studio for over 2 years...LOVE IT! But even better, our members love it. Highly recommend!
Will not scan for a code
App will not stay open. Keeps crashing and closing the second it opens
Easy to navigate menu. Requires more frequent updating by Studio host.
App will not work on Android phones when it used to in the past
Wish it showed the class you registered for, and puts notification to remind you when u have class for the day
Great way to stay in touch with instructors, and buy the equipment that you need.
Often have to uninstall and reinstall app to get it to work properly.

Absolutley criminal actions on the part of the developers. They claimed it's free then are hold funds hostage, demanding we sign up for their fee service. Bait and switch.
I don't like this app at all when its written login and i am new here those two options when i tap any of them its gonna show invalid code so. wat type of code do they need ?plss can someone explain plss

A little hard to maneuver.
Impossible to know what your ordering. This is absolutely the worst app ever. Why do I select Shopping Cart to see available products? Multiple choices under each product but no idea what they look like. The person building this app has never shopped on-line. Find a new dev.
