I like the app, very useful. However Google Fit step sync seems a bit off. It shows x2 of the actual step count. Another thing I really don't like is the monster consept. It would be great if it can be turned of by choice. Anyway, overall I really appreciated the app. Reports are great. I don't know if it's possible but if the app be in sync with MyFitnessPal and get the nutrition amounts of each meal (especially carb) directly, it would be a perfect tracker.
Very useful especially when I was first diagnosed and the whole new process was overwhelming. It made me smile more than once when I needed it. Being able to email reports to my dietician and Dr is a huge benefit! Pro came with my accu check guide me, which was wonderful. Could not use the coach feature. Enjoy the rest.
Overall helpful when not using some type of sensor. Got to try the bolus calculator for a few days and LOVED IT, even paid for the pro subscription to get to use it but undoubtedly now it's not available in the USA so that was a waste of money. Overall just disappointed about that. Pro version definitely is not worth it without it, save your money.
Changing my rating from 5 stars to 2 simply because of the lack customer support. I have contacted support via email to help me but noone has replied. The app finds the phone but there isn't a place to type the PIN. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I can find. I was able to connect for about 8 hrs the the connection was lost and I can't get it back again.
Just new to this app... As previous review the app won't stay paired! I have to re-pair each time! The 2 meters I have both have the same glitch... Accu-chek 'instant' (very poor machine) & an accu-chek 'mobile' It seems 1 meter apart & the app drops the pairing!.. Still learning.... I tried the manufacturer... 2 hours on the phone... Install reboot many times... No joy! Huawei Honor x8 phone!
I would Love being able to connect right to my meter so it automatically records sugar reading.... but most of the time it doesn't connect. I've reconnected it... works for a day or two then have to do it again. I miss out on completing challenges because they don't transfer.
Easy to use, reliable connect to my Accuchek tester. Plus capture all kinds of relevant data. One of the best free apps I've ever used.
Love this app. Was resently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My life changed over night. Everything changed and this app has truely been a valuable asset. It has helped me easily keep up with the information my doctor needs to help get me on the right medicines and doses. It is an easy app to use. Imports sugar reading, date time, and information such as before meal, after meal, or fasting. Plus so many more fabulous features. I appreciate this fabulous app very much. Thank you.
Won't connect to my Galaxy S9. Update: Dev replied to my review with quick and much appreciated advice. Will keep you posted 😺. Last update: in less than an hour, Jasmine emailed me with clear instructions, and a cheery attitude, to recalibrate my devices. Voilaaa! Problem solved. The app is easy to navigate, well organized and has a cute little character that giggles when you touch it. Free, no ads, motivating, support with a smile, what more can you ask for?! A must try. The meter and the applicators are well designed, easy to use and environmentally sound. I liked the insights, but lately the app does not load the same, even though I do get the notifications.
App works sometimes and other times not. Does not sync properly. Spend more time trying to get things to sync wasting time. If the app worked well it would get a higher rating from me. Always have to disable device and reinstall. Too much trouble.
Great little app. It works with various glucose meters including the Accu-Chek Guide and now you can customize your Report for the amount of time of your usage that you want to document or send to your doctor. Also, I love the formatting that they use for your Report, plus, I LOVE the little giggle and/or groaning sounds that the monster makes. 😄
Not often is the first app I try the best in the store. More than function, which it does very well, fast friendly support with guidance and a community experience. Any app that can turn managing a dreaded, lifelong, health issue more fun and easy is a winner. That's what mySugr does. Bluetooth setup is easy and simple and my device does not need it to run in background so battery is not drained. Feedback, reminders, much personalisation... mySugr is a winner!
