What is seriously wrong with this app? I complete offers and I don't receive credit. Anytime I attempt to contact anyone there is an error making it impossible to message anyone. You can't even find this app in the playstore. I had to find this page through my app download history. When you access the app it redirects you to their web browser and it's just a link of common questions they are asked. I don't see a point in this app anymore.

Super grateful for the service to get free gems. But I have had to chase down this company numerous times trying to get a completes ticket awarded. Had to contact them on Twitter this time. Like a witchhunt.

This company is a joke.. I have been trying to get rewards for playing kill shot. I have done everything as required and I get this reply.. has come to our attention that you have submitted a concerning amount of tickets REALLY? they are getting paid for us to take surveys and download games and run them but they can't pay us? What a joke

You need to sort this app out. I can't verify my email address, it keeps saying the offers are no longer available, and I don't even know if I'll get my rewards. Please fix everything quickly

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FOR NEARLY A MONTH NOW. I WASN'T GIVEN MY REWARDS. I was told the would contact the developer of my game and they'd contact me. That was a month ago, I just want either my rewards or my money back.

Lies. Tried twice and never received rewards. Fool me once, shame on you...... I see no further interaction with Tapjoy in my future. 😞

Can't receive any free credits/coins on my game + they don't have any video ad as an alternate to get 1 credit/coin for free.

They ended support for this app - it no longer functions or loads fully.

50% of the offers do not pay out. Contacted customer service for 3 separate failed payouts on offers took on average 1 month to respond, 5 followup response emails and best excuse for not paying was that the app I installed for the offer was not installed on my device. Not sure how that is possible, but 3 months later I finally got a final decision. Don't waste your time with this app.

Don't plan on them paying out the big rewards for certain offers. Went through 2 weeks of email exchanges just to be told the won't reward my offer since I supposedly didn't do the offer through tapjoy even though there was no other way to access the offer.

I know a lot of people who say that use this app so I downloaded it. It would not open giving me an unfortunately Tapjoy has stopped working error box. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's doing the same thing. My rating is subject to change if they can actually make an app that will work.

Poor customer service, I have used them and 3 time now have had to argue to get my points. Never did receive the last ones and I am still playing the games I downloaded. Have gone to google rewards app. At least they pay me what I've earned.

I rarely get my coins from Tapjoy and only then after megs emails etc. I must be blocked now since I turned them in to yhe game owner because they will not show enough respect to even send a canned automated response now. Used them years ago and it was same thing then. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Until the email confirmation is fixed you can't file a help ticket if award isn't received. Offers that are started/completed in the Tapjoy app don't show in the games you are playing, so there is currently no way to ask for help. Better stick with doing offers through the game. Also, they have almost no customer service. When you do open a help request through the game and have question for an existing ticket there is no reply.

Most of the offers are subjected to making a purchase and most of the offers don't pay out. In Germany there are very limited offers compare to the offers in America, most of my TH members are from America and they confirmed this. With that said it's very frustrating after completimg surveys to earn covet fashion diamonds and it doesn't pay out. Most of the offers available to me are duplicates. So if I try to complete a duplicate offer I don't get paid anyway. I did surveys today and did not get any diamond.

I cannot get this app to work at all. I installed it hoping that it would help solve my problems with compensation. I spend more money on this hobby than I do any other. But what I thought was the best app has been ruin by the lack of integrity between Home and Tapjoy. I get that referral programs drive your bottom line. But when I complete offers in Tapjoy, I rarely get compensated. I am still waiting on a compensation over 40000 diamonds (Install Fishdom & Complete level 25).

I am highly upset due to the fact that I have done TWELVE offers in a ROW and have NOT received my rewards for completing them. Their system says I have completed them and claims that I have received them, when I have not. Yes, I have reported the offers but the customer service was horrible. They just said that they have been rewarded when they HAVE NOT. I have screenshots and pictures of me doing and completing the offers. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not do tapjoy offers. It's a complete waste of time.

Only gave one star just so I can say these are the most worthless folks I've ever been forced to deal with. There ticket confirmation link sent me here.what thee confirming idk know. But I've only received rough ratio 1/20 said rewards.where do I file a cop lain to Google I've never felt compelled enough to do so

I hate this tapjoy i played many offers in this app and does not give me any rewards at all.. All my efforts in playing the offers are so damn useless.. I have done the steps right but still doesent give rewards.. Dont put offers if you dont give any rewards.. Its a total waste of time and effort.. Ive tried complaining when and emailing them and not even give me any reply.. Sorry i have to rate u lowest.. I just hate their servicr.. This doesnt help me at all..

I completed a promotion for game rewards, but never received the reward. I contacted Tapjoy and gave all the required info but only received bot responces. I installed this app by instruction of the auto-reply, but it's a useless tool given the non-existent support. The promo product has already arrived, but the reward is still missing.

Their is close to no customer support for rewards that dont work. I have hd numerous paid offers that do not reward me my gold. With no customer support and once even told i did not purchase through the tapjoy app which is complete utter lie. When you pay for offers nd do not receive your reward that is theft.

Out of 10 offers for rewards I received 2 the smallest of them all. All I get is emails we working on it or need more information. I did an insurance quote completed talk to several people and people keep emailing me and calling me and I still didn't get the rewards. Full of crap. Why offer if your not going to give it after the person completes it. Nobody has time to do your job.

Didn't receive reward for completing multiple offers. Created tickets and got generic email 2 days later telling me to take screenshots. I replied with the screenshots and still have not received my rewards or heard from a real tapjoy support agent. 11 days since offer completed and 7 since I sent screenshots to them. Absolute joke!
