Poor! The Worst! Is there a -0 rating? This app worked fine seemingly....until my Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone showed me it was due for an update. I did the update, now this app just crashes, doesn't even open. I sent 1 message asking why? 0 response. Uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, still blanks out, & close. USELESS! Does anyone EVER respond to "feedback" from multiple users of the app? Exact issues? Still works on my alternate phone, same model, different color, before its update that's due!
App keeps crashing! I have installed and uninstall several times over the past few months, still crashes every time I try to open. Have to use an actual computer to submit my requests. Zero stars if I could choose!!!
Blank Screen - I'm able to login but I'm not able to view my account. All tabs are blank. Yesterday it was working fine. But after that, I'm unable view anything. I've uninstalled and install back the app but same issue.
Not exactly user friendly at first when submitting reimbursements, but once you're used to it, it's quick and easy. Handy notifications when reimbursements are successfully submitted and processed.
unable to open app after installing multiple times over the past 6 months. app worked great for approximately 2 years. now I am unable to utilize it with my Android.
On the website, it allows me to enter miles traveled for reimbursement, but there's no option in the app. And now that I submitted the bill through the mobile app, there's no way to add the miles, so this app cost me money
If I can give a negative star I would. It doese work with android 9. I think an update is needed, don't you? It's been a year! Very inconvenient! What's the point in telling us to use the app to upload if it's not even going to work?? Reallllllly?
App finally working after 6+ months of not working and no response to feedback through Play store and direct email. App is only okay when working, but due to poor responsiveness of getting app fixed, giving 2 starts and encouraging employer to find different FSA provider.
This company is a rip off. I had to fight for my reimbursements and when they screwed up it took me 3 calls to get it fixed. They make rolling money over difficult and unclear if it really rolled over or not. Might not be the app designeds fault I think it's just the company trying to steal my money.
Horrible app. There are numerous issues with log in, viewing, requesting and utilizing this app. If you are not going to fix the app, get rid of it altogether.
terrible app it crashes right after it launches. I installed it once before and I thought I'd give it a chance with another install. It is still just as bad oh, you would think they would have fixed it by now
You have known for almost 8-9 months your app is broken with Android 9, but you don't have the common courtesy to even respond and tell respond to comments and let people know you're working to fix the issue. Personally I feel if this doesn't get fixed soon we should all get together to our employers and ask them to switch to a different company that actually cares about staying up-to-date in the tech world we live in!
Downloaded today on my Pixel 3 XL, won't even launch. Screen flashes and goes back to the home screen, so it's TRYING to launch (or do something) but can't. Clearly this needs an update.
No longer works on S9. The app crashes when trying to open it. What a bummer! I have uninstalled re installed still not working.

i have a google pixel 3 xl and the app keeps crashing. i dont even get to login. it worked fine on my htc 10 but not this phone. I've tried everything and nothing works.
Unable to request reimbursements since the app is not compatible with my mobile device. Insane! Unhappy with this service, wish my employer would go with a company that can accommodate thier clients. Afterall,it is MY money that they have.
everytime I open the app it keeps crashing on me. ever since android came out with new update it doesn't seem to be compatible with the update.

Doesn't work at all with the newest phone updates; doesn't open at all. So disappointing! It is so much easier to use the app than the website.
Works well to check balances and see approved charges. Please add the ability to upload non-image files as receipts. My receipts for dependent care are usually emailed to me in PDF form.

App does not work with latest Android version (9). Horrible... UPDATE: Still doesn't work on Android 9. and this is pure Android, Google Pixel, no bloatware. so that's only 6 months that it hasn't worked. doesn't even start, just force close. nobody has contacted me to ask for any further information. shows how much they care.
