App simply doesn't work, still sends me emails and when I open them via the app its either stuck on the loading screen or then shows up with no jobs. Good idea but poor implementation.
App is very slow to start. Isn't even available in my area of the country and most jobs posted seem to be by fake users to make the app appear more popular. Would not recommend in its current state.
Once there are more people putting adds up it will be better. It's the version of the Australian Airtasker. The app version keeps closing on me though. Super annoying pretty close to uninstalling
EDIT I have replied to you in detail...this isn't the 1st bug I've reported, check records.I shouldnt be reporting problems more than tasks. Defensiveness is unprofessional ... Hardly anything works and there aren't many tasks available anywhere in NZ.Go to the map and see yourself (Not that you can click on any of the tasks) Logic says make your service functional before fancy advertising so when people sign up, we're not reporting bugs more than applying for tasks. Definitely wouldnt recommend
Nice clear design and easy to use. Few issues setting up but all sorted now.
Love the idea, however it does not seem as though anyone in my city or in a 50km radius uses the app, so unfortunately for me it is unusable
app seems to be having issues opening keeps closing on me and no update is avaliable as you said from last time. will consider uninstalling the app if this continues .
Great idea but your app crashes everytime you try to read the details. If they fix this it would be great
Worst app, unethical company who send untold spam. Dear God make them stop, please. Had to add them to my block list. See other ratings, they simply don't care and want your money.
I reported issues in detail,twice.I had enough & wrote a review.Response from SOPHIE.claimed in quotation I had reported 3 words only each time.It was public in reply to my review,making it look like it was my wrong.I asked for the form where I wrote 3 words.DOPHIE. ignored this more than once.I had already replied to her "reaching out".I did more than I should.Its really concerning the manner she dealt with me so Im in talks outside re customer service standards NZ. Claiming Im lying is not ok

Wait so this isnt a worldwide app its only for a specific country? I guess that makes sense cuz i was sent her from jimi jackson cuz you guys sponsered him a while ago but i was really hoping it would be in my area cuz i need stuff done and i aint got time to do it myself..Cuz im lazy but please update it to make it worldwide cuz im sure you would make a huge profit off of that..Sorry for the rude rate earlier i was kinda pissed that i couldnt verify me email when i checked all my folders, Help.
I got the $10 USD off within ten minutes, which is phine. But we donot hav any of these type of Task pRograms in Isle of Man, or rebates, even though we are extremely rich country - A way to boost to Isle of Man? TR wont work here on store, either. thankyou for decent Reply.

Nothing in my area. Literally nothing. Please advertise in the South West of England, would love to make money on here.
When they say takes 3-5 business days to get paid the first time is 3-4 weeks and then after that 5 business days if your lucky.

Could not open app
I initially gave this app a 1 star out of frustration, however the support staff are top class and I can see they are both passionate about as well as perfecting the app. After trying the app for a 2nd time and encountering other issues, I received a quick response and the issues were resolved. Wishing this team all the best as they definitely are putting a lot of effort into this app.
