I would like to limit my review for android application only. App needs too much improvement, it was only good for chatting, Other features like upload documents and call did not working properly, which are suppose to be major features.
The app was good but the dashboard is not getting updated. It is still showing the 2017-18 data. Even though the app is getting regular updates, 2018-19 tab is not open. Do the needful if possible.
Unskilled tax expers, there calculation is wrong, as per them i need to pay high amount of tax. So need to go for second opinion and submitted the return by another consultant. Eventhough after choosing the paid service, not helping the customer to choose a better optimized return.
not working properly. cant upload any documents nor is there an option to file from the app. Really need to work on making your app user friendly and up to date!!
useless service. I have paid for the service and given them documents a month back. no calls no response. customer care is not existant. calls go no where. really un proffessional service. last year i had a fantastic experience. but this year they dont care about customers and simply draining money by putting inexperienced person
found bugs, app shows phone number to reach expert, but upon click its does not generate a correct number. teddy slow compared to web application. need major improvement
Terrible service... charged upwards of 8000 rupees and they keep getting capital gains calculations wrong.. my "tax expert" got changed cuz the first guy made a mess of all the calculations and stopped responding to calls or messages... response time is 2 days at the minimum if they bother to revert...missed my tax date due to their lethargy and lack of response... last time I use them for tax filing..
It was good in the very beginning of the launch. keeps crashing when you want to upload documents. disappointed
No Message alerts notifications available. it is always opening with previous fiscal year account. Need to upgrade
I paid for their service but they did not respond for 8 days. Tried calling customer care but they just disconnect the call. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
This app is working good...App got new updates in july 2019. All bugs are fixed now like login problem, recursive update behaviour and many more fixes. Thank you H & R Block...
Have been filing my income tax returns with these guys from past 3 financial year.. always had a great experience.. its so hassle free and fast.. thank u
app doesn't have option to login with Google which is used to register in desktop application. Unable to login thru app
nothing in this app. also web portal does not work correctly. submit button doesn't work.
This is an useless app, it does not even open. I am still unable to believe H&R block has such a clunker app.

i took update means installed update. login the app. alert is shoen to update again by redirecting to play store. recursive behavior

You can not reach tax consultant after paying. Customer care number block calls from your mobile. Never seen such pathetic service. Instead always go for local CA

H&R employee and app wants authentication, yet does not allow for it.
The app crashes when we want to upload a file. The most important feature of filing Tax returns is not working. I thought of uploading my docs on the go but failed to do so because of this error. The whole point is lost when you can't upload any file. Please rectify. All the best
