Who can use this app:
MyTeachingStrategies™ Family is for use by families with children enrolled in programs or schools that subscribe to GOLD® and/or the Creative Curriculum® Digital Resources. This app will allow families to receive customized information about the learning that is taking place in their child’s classroom.
Should the program or school also subscribe to Tadpoles®, families can use this app to share morning drop-off information with teachers and receive daily reports, messages, and photos.

Unusable since the May 2022 update. All interactions with my kids school prior to that won't open. I can't submit notes to the school. I still get notifications when things are sent to me but I can't actually see them.
Pretty crappy Android version. You can't see what you're typing in the messages because the keyboard covers it up. You can't download the pictures that they post. It makes a little moving circle thing when you press the download button so it looks like it worked but there's no pictures to be found. These issues don't exist on the iPhone.
Desperately need a great UX person. The whole experience needs to be scrutinized and rebuilt from the ground up. Even basic UX design would help, considering that the message input field doesn't move up with the keyboard so you're writing blind. That's pretty obnoxiously basic to miss. No UX experience or degree needed on that one. It is also incapable of doing the tasks our school district selected it for: uploading media. At least they haven't completely messed up the web experience.
My sons preschool is using this app to do virtual learning. The app does not ever notify me when we get anything new. There is an option to recieve an email when the teacher posts things, but I get a lot of emails and they get lost in with everything else. I would love to be able to have the app do push notifications directly to my phone when the teacher sends something.
Incredible to talk the preschool teacher, review my daughter assignments, her work, sometimes saw her on a memory moment. I could send messages on real time to teacher also my child. For me, it's amazing. Thanks
This is a bare bones app with few features and a clunky interface. Not sure why any daycare would adopt this, but it's not the one I would have chosen. Some of the competitors seem to have better features and design.
Since Thursday I have not been able to view my messages where our daily sheets and pictures come in. Really sad because I enjoy seeing what my daughter does at school. I've logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Prior to the app was great but now it doesn't work.
Not loading pics properly sometimes and not a very user friendly interface. Some parents have a difficult time finding shared documentation as it is sorted by month and the app just doesn't always work as it should.
New update broke all functionality
Since updating to Android 11 I have issues with this app including the text entry field being hidden by the keyboard when I attempt to write a response to a message. Please fix. Overall I like the app concept.
Since the update, I am no longer able to save images to my device. I have checked the app permissions on my phone, but the issue appears to be with the app.
I cant access anything in this app. It is useless. Im supposed to be able to see my childs progress an communications from teachers etc but it doesnt show me anything except tiles that i click on and them they do nothing. Very frustrated
Horrible for uploading videos or pictures...they never go through. I am an Android user, not sure if this is geared more towards IOS, but regardless this app is extremely generic and useless.
Can't send or see messages now and have been trying to work with the tech people and nothing has fixed the issue. I have installed and reinstalled this multiple times. I am suppose to use this for my childs school. Please fix asap
It works at the first couple weeks the I can't send any videos to the teacher. So frustrating , I uninstall and nothing :/ really bad.
This app freezes up everytime I get on, can't send anything in that needs to be sent in cause its always frozen.
Keeps telling me there is no child registered to this email... yet it is my only email address. Updates come to this email, but I cannot sign in to see them.
Will not upload pictures or videos or even send messages back to the teacher... You have a lot of comments just like this for several years...
Worked great for a while, now it shows the activities but I can't open to see the details !! Unless app!
Doesn't show what your child's teacher is posting. No photos, no announcements, nothing.
I can't even send any messages or pictures to my child's teacher. I could initially, but now I can't. Not good during a Pandemic.

This APP won't accept my email. And I need it for my pre school son's virtual learning.
Rearly works on android. No matter what i do it will not load what a pain in the neck. Useless.
It won't let me send my daughter's videos to her teacher or pictures and even when it does let me it takes forever to send them

This app has not functioned properly since downloading over a month ago and this past week has not loaded any content even after deleting and redownloading. I'm getting notifications that teachers have posted memories and lessons plans but am unable to view.
