I really Don't like this app but have to use it because of work. It is very difficult to archive messages the screen skips often times and then you have to start all over again because the screen is refreshed before you can even delete or archive messages. Sometimes you cannot call directly and answer the pages from the apps screen. Sometimes it goes down and messages aren't sent immediately. Sometimes the app doesn't notify me when I have a message ...Very frustrated using this app

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app literally 30 times because it will not notify me of pages. It has worked on this phone for 2 yrs and now it will not. When I tap the settings tab the entire app shuts down and logs me out. I am on call for 2 hospitals at a time. This is NOT going to work.

Previously was only intermittently sending notifications, now no longer sending any notifications despite troubleshooting as recommended via settings to override do not disturb, remember me, exempting from optimizing battery use, etc. This is a patient care issue.

Terrible. Dangerous for a physician to have such a poor paging system. It will not make a noise or alert when a page comes in. All settings are correct & it still doesn't work. I have spent so much time on the phone with thr company trying to get it to work. Support is terrible. Each time i call for support they have no record of prior attempts to fix the problems, so i have to reinvent the wheel, explain & try the same fixes that don't work, then say "we'll call back." They don't.

Can't get it to ping my phone for notifications. Carefully set all the settings and have it all the permissions allowed and still won't ping my phone... Additionally may take up to 20 minutes for message to arrive after being sent.

Doesn't let you prevent it from timing out so you have to log on each time you get a page. Easier to just get a text msg :-/

I user to be able to stay logged in but now it constantly logs me out. If I have to log in every 15 min this app is useless to me. What happened to the setting to never log out?

Using Galaxy S6 and notifications are not coming in consistently. Our answering service will call my phone as a result and then messages/notifications "magically" appear. My settings are to NOT timeout and I do get some msgs. Anyone else have the same problem?
