Mobile data usage is very fast. It is depriving the general Telenor customers. The line is strong but we shouldn't use.

everything is fine except the app can't be enter almost everytime (stuck at loading screen) on k40 gaming and others (oppo a5s, samsung s20) ... tried everything , even asked telenor operators and followed their advice.... but no luck

Cant enter stuck at loading and it happens almost every time i enter. It only works one time out of hundred times.

Trash app. Although this app is to buy packages and top up billance, new topped up billance is charged during the package purchasing.

Connection is very low.it fall off from 4G to 3G and now H+. And so your package are very expensive. Please check your connection and I hope Telenor will respond the better service for your customers.

Can't log in multiple times. Wrost operator app among MPT, Ooredoo and Telenor.

So bad can't enter with telenor mobile data but if use other intenet service it can be entered. I am dissapointing😓😓😓

It's so much fun playing the lucky bridge game.Because lucky bridge game provides package, voice package and unlimited sms . But now there are very few package. I used to get about 300mb , now I get only 100mb . But no matter how much you get , 100mb is not a small amout. It's fun to play this game. Many thanks to all who added this game to my telenor app. Sorry,please help me to grow at least 100mb.

I don't know what's happening in my telenor app. Even I have package data or not, I can' t access to the app. It's only me this issusse is causing. I got a issue on sign in this app is asking for a number starting with 097 but in pakistan country all number start with +92 . And if we type or another number then it says please enter a valid phone number kindly solve my this issue thnkx !

Why Telenor?I have 802ks and i want to buy 320mb/799ks I can't buy. Why?mmsp!

App can't be updated new version for Mi phones. Sometimes' data is deducted so fast even if I use a little. Confused and up-set. Extra data package is giving least amount like giving seasmine to the elephants. Palying games to reward data is given only sms. Formerly' It is really satisfying but later it get worst. If I top-up 1000ks' sometimes especially on eariler days' 30 or 50 ks was already deducted to enter the app. Disappointed. Should be entered even without have no data with Telenor Sim

TRICK UI design, buying package comfuse too user, it's make me wrong choice frequently between data and voice for shal shake. I wanted to buy data, but I've tapped voice package instead because of type, color and design, what a waste, mostly we use more data package than voice. They trick user to choose voice package instead of data.

Sluggish and lots of errors 😑. I have to restart my device each most of the time to get the app work fine. Please, fix it. And data price just skyrocketed so there should be more winning prizes when playing the bridge game if you are really not on the military side as an act of helping Myanmar civilians.

worst app I bought call pack of 100 minute for 2 months it expire within one month cut my bal of 980 mmk and even worse this app is not opening with other internet provider even with wifi the most useless servers here plz guys don't download it
