There is a connection issue when trying to buy 'paket masa aktif' (have 29GB left so rather than buy the new one, I would go with this plan) then I've already moved outside or even restarted and activated airplane mode yet still in connection issue, my point here is no connection issue when trying to top up by another kind of package, what an amazing thing! LOLLL

A problematic app. There's a loud sound when opening the app that can't be turned off. More importantly, instead of improving the app's ease of use, the UI gets improvements almost on a monthly basis.

Bad app bad company. Trying to buy a package and then its says try again later and after I tried again, turns out I buy the same package twice. Contacted their customer service and they cant refund active packages, even though I bought it twice because the app error, their error. Just a refund but they cant. And turns out a lot of people already going through the same problems. Well, shame.

Signal is a big problem. Suddenly it changed from 4g to H+ and CONSUME my credit instead of data package I bought and this became too often. It is a rip off, telkomsel ! And points are not added sometimes when I bought some credits. Do not steal from your customers as you are already very expensive !

app stop working on my phone. literally i have so much space left on my phone and it's been more than 4 months. i really can't open the app even after i uninstalled it. so i can only open it after i uninstalled it which if i had to open it 3 times a day would waste so much data.

The UI is cool, but the UX is worst. Loading is needed everytime you open the app (and the loading is too long). I think you have to make this app much lighter and easy to use

Can I give a negative star??? ... so many errors .. don't ever buy telkomsel .. sometimes I can't even purchase a mobile quota plan .. once I couldn't open the app for a long time .. I've updated and even uninstalled and reinstall .. still couldn't open and only shows a white blank page ... it's been like this for at least a whole month .. I've even tried opening mytelkomsel through my web browser still error .. The "Largest" telko operator in Indonesia??? What are you doing guys??? Idiots!!!!!

The network is not stable for one week until now. When making a complaint, Customer Service is not fast in handling problems, and user data validation is very convoluted. When I want to ask for an update, the problem is that I have to explain from the beginning and ask questions like it's the first time I've made a complaint. It's Very waste of time.

It's all blank. Since last month (um.. I think more than a month but I really don't remember it) but since I update my apps it keeps showing a white page, without a single word or even a letter. I delete my last review 'cause I think it's too long. 😐 By the way, I have a question. I use Telkomsel 'cause the signals is stable even if I in a small village. But, why recently the signals isn't stable? Sometimes it's fast... Sometimes it's so slow, like a turtle... And sometimes it's gone...

well... i mean... unstable signal but the 'proice' still the same for, maybe this last 3 months in my experience... and now the app make a sound if u open it AND there is no way to turn off the sound. I used to like the connection, but now... for zoom call, its like every minute its doing the buffering thing when ur connection is very unstable.

Payment via credit card to buy pulsa for topup is a nightmare for me. Telkomsel keep on reversing my CC payment without any reasons. Reporting the issue to the Customer Service is another nightmare to endure. Different Customer Service personnel answering each time you are replying to their email is another nightmare because they do not understand the gist of the problem from the first email you have sent to them. Telkomsel should read this and provide me with the resolution to this problem.

Sorry admin, my signal is full, I open the YouTube, Instagram, etc. applications, everything is smooth, but when I open the My Telkomsel application it keeps loading and it takes a very long time to respond. I hope it can be fixed.

All of a sudden, my telkomsel number lost coverage, no network at all. Called their call centre support but they were unable to help. It is dissapointed and frustating. Telkomsel will need to improve their service as well as their networking system.

Can't login using WiFi. Big company CANNOT FIX MINOR BUG WHAT A SHAME,. UNINSTALL IMMEDIATELY WILL SAVE YOUR WALLET. PREVENTING THEM FROM MAKING HOLE ON YOUR WALLET. *Edit after two f years, nothing change. Can't login using WiFi, they forgot to put uninstall button in the first place

After clicking the icon screen all white blank, there nothing to show at all, i can only log in or use it when i remove the app (uninstall) then download and install, and that's it, i can only use it once after the download, then i have to uninstall and download again over and over again when i wish to use it

I have no idea why but sometimes my pulsa would disappear on its own and recently, when I tried to buy kuota, the kuota wasn't given to me although the transaction already succeeded.

The prices of data packages differ for each phone number. Even for a specific phone number, the price changes from time to time. If there's a problem, trying to chat with customer service feels like talking to a sloth. They only reply like once every three weeks, and it doesn't even help.

Telkomsel is unbelievable. 11 GB left in my package but still cannot access any internet, when I need it fork work, payment transaction and respond to certain clients. The network keeps rolling rolling rolling unlimited time. Good job Telkomsel.
