Do not trust the app. It has incorrect information on gates at the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Go off of the signs posted in the terminal, or ask someone at the information kiosks.
I'm a driver with Coach USA Shortline and find myself answering passengers questions frequently. I used to be able to use the app to find the right time and gate of departure but this new version doesnt work apparently. The app isn't always accurate to begin with so you're better off asking a driver 😉
do not install this horrible app. if there are multiple terminals near you it picks one on its own and does not let you change the selection. also it randomly hangs, soft locking my whole phone. even the home button.
Just installed on S9 plus and it just freezes - unable to go anywhere on the screen! Restarted a few times before uninstalling..As another reviewer mentioned - the worst app ever!
No list of stops on route. Cross street search never results. No bus tracking. Go copy MyMTA or Transit, both NYC pub trans apps, build a useful app.
I found it gave me all the info I wanted and needed. Doesn't show stop info, but shows what terminal and time the buses come at Port Authority Bus Terminal NYC.
Unresponsive. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Used to use it to view alerts but now it just sits there. Won't even populate Departures.
Glad certain bugs were fixed. I can now locate gates and bus stops within my route. App is very convenient.
Worst app ever.. Cant get past the Privacy statement. No where to accept yes to it, nothing.. Uninstalled it, waited a few weeks, still doesnt work.. you'd think they would of fixed it.. Nope..
As soon as I opened this app it freezes and doesn't let me do anything. Very inconvenient because I'm trying to figure out what terminal my bus is located.
Not useful. Doesn't give real time data and the gate numbers and scheduled departures are incorrect - - so not sure what the point of this app is
I find it very helpful to check bus departure times and locations in Port Authority. I use it every time I go there.
I had this app about 6 months ago and it worked great, they changed something and now it just freezes, doesn't work at all
uninstalled, cleared data/cache, and installed back. After a month still unresponsive. Please hire people that know what they are doing.
does not work in Samsung S10. no listings and not responsive. tried data and cache flush as well as uninstall reinstall

Many departures are missing! Search for departures to Stroudsburg and you'll see what I mean.

App no longer shows many NJT buses--used to show the gate for the 112 and 113. Now searching the bus pulls up nothing.

It's embarrassing how horrible this app is. Biggest city in the world, with some of the worst public transport. Literally, a WEBCAM viewing one of the scrolling tv screens in PABT that show the bus times would work better than this app. It just dosent work when it dosent want to. Not to mention, it is the most unintuitive thing I have ever seen. I'm very tech savvy and I have a bit if trouble Now, the most recent update has made it so that not a single bus shows up at all.
