I mostly use this app to pay for purchases at the counter and rack up rewards. However, making custom orders on the app hardly works for me.
Terrible all around. Constantly missing pertinent information during and after ordering.
Didn't get my large soda for free as advertised. No option for no cheese. And when I order in store it's always toasted but this order wasn't toasted. Better off ordering in person.
Markets and spams you. Quite annoying since I was required to use the app to order. So I'll just shop and eat somewhere else.
Staff at The are terrific but apt fails every other morning. It will not allow the selection of sesame or cinnamon even though they are at the store so I uninstall and reload 2 or 3 times a week
Sometimes it does not work. Otherwise it is good.
Defective
I don't know if this app works or not. This will set you up for a monthly billing so they can save on credit card fees. I don't appreciate that they don't disclose this in the app description. I uninstalled as soon as the confirmation email made that clear
When placing a future order, it does not tell you on the app, receipt, or confirmation email when your pickup time is. Fortunately I set a reminder for myself! It's just bad design Also, app is pretty buggy. It's wiped out orders that I was attempting to place.
