Very slow. Takes a very long time to open an item or for the site to settle. Compared to other online stores the app is superbly slow. It is so irritating that i don't browse unnecessarily as it is almost painful. Which is a shame as MyTheresa has the best selection of items compared to other shopping sites. But the app does not do the justice. Please improve the speed.

Very very slow shopping app. It takes so much time just to load the pages. I love the selection of the prroducts but it doesn't compare to Outnet, louisaviaroma, farfetch or other app I have in my phone. If they keep like this it seems they won't be able to compete.

The app is very laggy and takes long time to load, it'll be better to scroll down continously instead of loading each page which takes a long time. By the time I tap on something the page has moved and I end up selecting the wrong thing which is very annoying.

Too slow to load the pages . Also it shows me I can use a discount coupon on the product page, I go to the basket and it tells me coupon is not valid for this product. I rang customer service , overseas call, only to be told same thing..without an apology or offer to assist on a very big $ spend item . Very cold reception from them Disappointed.

Very slow and laggy. Makes it extremely difficult to use. Don't have this problem with competitors apps on this same device.

Very slow response time of the app. Filtering not so user friendly, i.e. size options not based on age, ie years.

Pictures are great! But I would prefer to be able to be able to sort show results for more than one size.

The app shouldn't be arduous to navigate, but unfortunately it is. I hope the forthcoming updates show improvements. Thank you.

Painful to use, it's very slow and filtering option is a nightmare.

At the beginning it worked fine and I loved it. Now it just freezes there's absolutely nothing I didn't try. Please fix this problem.

Good shop, but not the app. The app in not native app but a webview. Its slow and constantly logs me out.

Good store, with a good variety of merchandise available...but my God, the multiple promotional notifications that you DO NOT have the ability to turn off!! It's uber annoying. I'm honestly about to delete the whole thing if this isn't addressed.

Keep asking me to login even though the app recognise it's me logged in. There is no way of selecting all the designers you want at once, needs to go back and forth selecting deselecting. Initially selection always show womens stuff even though in the hamburger menu shows I m currently in men's section. App is overall extremely slow. Please address these issues and I know you have enough money to make the app better.

I don't know about the app yet!?! I couldn't get past how slow the app was to open & navigate... I couldn't get anywhere muchless buy anything, SMH! It was ČŔÄŻÝ SLOW & it's not my set-up bc everything else works VERY fast & fine as usual! I'll try one more time but, if it's the same it has to go... Too bad bc it would have to have been a good app🤞

The only downside is the absence of video, so you can't see how a piece of clothing drapes on the body. And poor styling sometime, for example a dress that you want to look at in details is styled with the jacket over it, which obviously doesn't help.

I would suggest to add currency options as its very practical and most of apps are doing this to give customers easy and friendly journey in the app. Its so unprofessional the currency doesn't change automatically. Where are you living .. all apps now are way developed

Very slow to load and so you have to wait a few seconds every time you click (or you'll click on something you didn't want, then have to spend time waiting for that to load again). Improve that and it will be a great app.

Shaity app, extremly slow. Doesn't work at all.

The app is very slow and I don't like that they constantly display "sold out" things in search. Other than that, great range of products and good sales.

I love the shopping but the app is extremely slow. The loading speed really takes too much time, please do something about it. None of your competitors is as slow.

Slow, jittery and unpredictable

App is extremely slow to load each page that is opened.

Very poor app. It is very slow and not user friendly. When i shop from the site, i always use net page to place items in the wish list/ basket.

Excellent app and Excellent service, I recieved the items in one week and it was well folded in an elegant yellow box . The shopping was easy and everything I needed to know about the piece was mentioned. They even give you some advice about the size which I really appreciate. I don't understand how it's possible that the application and website are still so slow. It's unacceptable that such a big company has so slow loading website and application. It takes forever from my time to shop on it! It's a shame that after all this time you are still not investing in powerful servers and smart developers.

Great Shopping portal with exquisite taste, but app is average. Band width slow, and return will take you back to the beginning of the page.
