DO NOT USE TO BOOK EXCURSIONS. We, fools that we are, pre-booked a trip from our hotel in Turkey, and forgot to check with the reps at the hotel. The trip did not exist as it was out of season, but the app was happy to sell it to us. Similar cases for others like scuba diving - can buy in app, doesn't actually exist. Internal messaging service also doesn't work, definitely not 24/7 as advertised. Also couldnt use for boarding passes.

Awful app, used it two years ago and it was bad then. Installed it again, after booking a holiday later in the year and it's as bad as before. Cannot believe a company the size of Tui cannot do better. No one in their right minds would rely on their info on the app. The websites not much better, wished I had booked with Jet 2, which I will for my next holiday.

The app is buggy at best and often fails to load information. But the worst failure was identified today when I attempted to save my boarding passes to Google Pay (which I thought was a great feature to have). When you click to save the pass, it directs you to the Google app store, even if you already have Google Pay installed. This means you can't actually save your boarding passes to Google Pay because it never actually opens the app to prompt the action of saving the boarding pass.

Totally unreliable app was unable to retrieve our boarding passes for return flight, luckily I had printed copies. This app temperamental and had been like this for a long time, you can't rely on it for for updates don't seem to solve the problems

The worst app. Zero support. A Tel number given to ring that doesn't work. The worst booking experience I have ever had and I travel extensively. Every angle of communication is blocked off. They do not want to support you !!! don't ever forget that. Without question I can never use these people ever again. Ruined my day pre travel. A disgrace, the WORST company of all time. keep away if you want a good flight or holiday

Not the best app. Incredibly laggy at all parts. Often says cannot retrieve booking. Boarding passes in app is kinda useful. But the add Google wallet option doesn't work for them, so can't save the passes into it.

10.04.22 I received an email from TUI suggesting I download this app. Waste of time. I can't view my booking, it keeps saying 'we can't load this page right now.'. I will now uninstall the app! 22.05.22, received another email from TUI, suggesting I download the app. I decided to give it a second chance. It's still won't allow me to access anything. I will just have to rely on printed matter!

Horrendous! Would give 0 stars if possible. The only thing this app is useful for is counting the days til your holiday as trying to amend and manage your booking never works. If you contact them via social media they tell you to try a different Web browser which doesn't solve anything. Really wish had booked this holiday with Jet2 as never had any issues with their app. Never again!

Lots of stuff on there, but has lots of problems, error messages telling me various operations have failed. Also, on trying to view the boarding passes when I have no Internet, as you'd expect in a foreign airport, the app won't show me the passes. i. e. the app needs Internet to work!!!

Very rarely works . Always have trouble using the app for check in on line as always comes up with "oops something gone wrong message " . Could be very good if the bugs was sorted out so come on Tui get it sorted

Terrible application, compared to other airlines. (1) no way to store a digital boarding pass (forcing you to print (2) can't print from Android app (errors) had to use a PC. Numerous other issues, wouldn't fly again unless I had to, as the bow ding process was so stressfull

Slow and broken Google pay integration. Key features such as importing to Google play don't work. It just opens the play store for Google pay even if installed. It's slow even with good signal or WiFi.

Very poor app. Slow and glitchy. Slow to load and sometimes doesn't load at all. Keep getting dialogue box saying there may be a problem. Need this for boarding passes when travelling and it doesn't make you confident using it. I shall print off website instead

Told me it had Emailed me my boarding pass but it never arrived, not in my spam or In Box. App is not fit for purpose which comes as quite a shock !

First time with TUI and (nearly) everything was perfect. Really professional and well organised, ran like a Swiss watch,flights,transfers,hotel all very good. Really impressed with the TUI staff especially as my wife is a wheelchair user,their special assistance section are fantastic and organised everything we needed. Only little gripe is trying to get the right section in Customer Relations,when you do however they are excellent. Very happy!

For the last few weeks the app keeps saying there are technical difficulties. Manage my booking doesn't work so I can't add extras or check in. The only option is to spend hours on hold waiting to speak to someone. Terrible.

Useless app, wouldn't load anything whilst we were away despite having good signal. It also told us the wrong bus station for our transfer, luckily we asked a rep at the time because it wouldn't load anything but if it had loaded I would have been on the wrong bus!

Has crashed a few times. Not obvious how to navigate some of it. There's asterixes on certain bits of info but nowhere does it say what the asterisk refers to. Doesn't give info on transfers from airport. Pretty awful, all in all.

Hello Guys your last notification produced the spinning circle. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Now the app will not accept my booking info so no hotel info or pickup details. Help 24 03 now sat in the airport still the app refuses to accept my booking info. Don't use the in app wallet. You will not have access to your documents if this happens to you. Terrible App. Would give it 0 if I could.

Tui - for a company your size I struggle to believe you cannot improve upon this app. It is the worst app of all carriers in the UK - it is so bad I almost picked a different airline. Takes hours and multiple tries to do the most basic of tasks.

Unable to check in online. Called twice and on hold 1 hour each time to be told issue resolved and it still isn't. Need seat number before can complete Spain Covid form. Told by TUI its OK because can check in at airport but we only have hand luggage so wanted to avoid having to queue and go earlier. Useless.

Do not use. Booked a trip using the app. The pickup did not arrive. After an hour contacted the rep. The app had malfunctioned, the boat had departed. The rep said we would get a refund. This had happened to other people on our holiday. Its now a week later, attempts to contact Tui are futile, and my credit card has not been refunded

I don't mind that it was an hour late , but I didn't get the seats I paid for and the plane and seat on the plane is extra small. so comfortable. we was at the front to! I'm not a big person and with extra leg room I was arm to arm with the people next to me. just so comfortable.

App and accounts dept need to get get their act together. Had to make numerous phone calls to make correct payment in full as I kept being asked to pay incorrect final payment. Still trying to get get through to assistance dept on phone but loose patience after being in queue on premium line for 45 minutes. Need to get their act together.
