Tried booking unsuccessfully, why, there's a 3D rental glasses fee attached and it's not optional, I have 5 pairs of IMAX 3D glasses, I ain't paying for rental glasses. Secondly, I tried using the support form on the App and all I get is a 404 error. Bad experience.

cant see my recent purchases, or bookings. the integration with mpesa is chappy and doesn't redirect convenience fee?? per ticket? no detailed info on screen thats showing for some, just the time. if your going to buy a movie ticket just go to the cinema
SCAM!!Bought a movie ticket two days ago using mobile money the transaction went though, but they said the payment failed and didn't sent me the tick. Attempts to reach them via email for a refund are futile and they have no call line, should have listened to my gut.
Tried to book through this platform, money was deducted from my account but I never recieved tickets. Support is non-responsive via email and there is no helpline.
Extremely easy to use! Better than anything I have experienced so far. Haven't yet understood the reviews bit but ticket booking experience is fantastic

My only complaint is that there is an extra convenience fee that is charged for each ticket you buy, this should be made a bit clearer in the process, I didn't notice the charge until after I had paid.
The problem I have is how the site explains how you can use your student ID to receive discounts but there is no sub tab on either platforms. When it finally does come Ill be a frequent customer

I'm giving it two stars at the moment because nowadays it's like it's being neglected.Its been almost three weeks since it crashed and it hasn't been fixed.....When are you guys gonna fix it ???.......I like using it coz it's display is amazing and it aids faster booking but if you guys don't see the need to fix it then just do away with the app then.
