This app is okay but I tried making a haircut appointment and the salon wasnt even real. It keeps notifying me of upcoming appts I've never made and it wont let me see my "messages" not the best app.
Not showing my appointment I made even though I received a text from the business suggesting to use this platform to check my appointment.
Interface could be a lot better. You can do better than Thumbtack.
Doesn't let me sign in when I have an account. Truly pointless app, can't even use it.

App charges credit card for future appointments even if not completed. No customer support after contacting via web portal.
They list companies who have never heard of MyTime before. When you book, they then call to make the appt for you. If all of the companies knew they were on here, then this would be great, but I have had two appointments now cancelled on me because "MyTime couldn't confirm the reservation."
Have not found all of my companies on here yet but giving it a try anyway.

I have a samsung. the app does not want to use my username as that is what my company set me up with. seems to work fine on iPhone. It says I do not have a valid email address, when I'm set up with a username and should be able to use that to sign in. any help would be appreciated!! Thank you !
