The app crashes all the time. It makes you do 2 step verification even though every single time I log in I put personal device. Not even my bank account makes me do all this. It was poorly built. No time was taken into making this app. The swap shift rarely works and I still have to do it at work. If you're going to force us to use the app by taking away the swap shift book THEN DON'T put on the app that we aren't forced to use it. All apps eventually crash. Please go back to paper and pen.

Works for awhile when you first get it, but then it'll crash and you can't get back on. I've been trying to get the app back for awhile even on my laptop and it just doesn't work. The website says it can't load and my screen turns white on my phone and doesn't do anything else. How am I supposed to know when I work now?? You'd think Target would have it setup better/easier since they're such a big company, but unfortuantely they don't.

Not easy to use at all. The login process is slow (why do I have to log in every time I use it, it's an app on my phone?) and forces me to use OTP even after I select personal device. The UI is miserable and the schedule is displayed in a weird way. Swapping, dropping, and picking up shifts doesn't work and I have to go to my supervisor to have shifts switched. To make it even worse, the servers are down all of the time so you can't view your schedule if you want to. Wish they'd switch to W2W

Awful! How can you give us such a terrible product?! It won't even let me launch it after I've tried several times using and reinstalling it, just an error message that it can't launch. I'm ashamed that I have to be an ambassador for this product to our team members. Fix it please! Everytime you promise us a better product, it gets worse! I speak from four years of using these scheduling apps you've been pushing at us, and they have had nothing but problems each upgrade!

Makes me do 2-step authentiction each time I try to log in despite me repeatedly marking my phone as a trusted device. Only two options to verify as well: biometrics and voice. The biometrics wouldn't be so bad however it doesn't actually work. (And my fingerprint scanner is fine and works with every other app that uses it.) So each time I need to check my schedule, I have to receive a phone call that lasts longer than actually using the app itself. Extremely frustrating.

Scheduling app works well so far, only issue I ran into is when you select biometrics for authentication, it never prompts you for a finger print, so you just wait until you decide to choose another option. Also when you do get successful verification, & check the box saying that it's a trusted personal device, you still get prompted to verify every time the app restarts. Once you verify though, no issues, & your schedule is displayed nicely.

Not a very intuitive app design, and you can hardly do or see anything on the app. No way to submit permanent availability changes or contact other team members like other scheduling apps I've used at other jobs. Also, it makes you do 2-step verification everytime you open the app even if you mark the device as personal, which is very annoying when you just want to quickly double check your schedule.

Important: Please add timecard, detailed payment info (taxes etc) including estimated earnings: net / gross based on hours and pay, & better shift trading. If a small UT based grocery store(Harmons/Dayforce) can do it so can you! CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Starting with the good.. I love the new app design, it's clean, simple, easy to understand / learn, and integrates well with all other target web / app designs. The only critique I would be able to provide on looks is that there is no dark mode.

In the typical Target fashion they decided to reinvent the wheel by adding corners. The only thing this app is good for is for looking at your schedule & your time card. THAT'S IT. The 'swap shift' option doesn't swap anything, you can't request time off, can't see or request to use PTO, and you can't fix a missed punch. They should have called it "ALMOSTmyTime", "myTimeLITE", or even "DietmyTime". At least then we'd have known we'd be dealing with a watered down version of myTime Self Service.

This app has a lot of potential. It's a shame it sucks. I know many people who signed down or up and are receiving NO notifications and wasting gas in a 45 minute commute one way! Myself included in that. This app also has the ability to take over the work day app, which would help with many issues do to logging in. And probably fix the notification errors too.

This app needs a few things polished up. We need to have the ability to swap with other people even though certain shifts "aren't eligible", like a "request to swap" button. We need shift notes to be able to tell what specifically team members are doing in each job profile. Overall, the app needs to have the structure built similarly around the HotSchedules app. Take notes and study from them Target.

Again, Target and their online systems....constant glitches. I wish Target would just go back to pen and paper. I am never able to sign up for additional shifts because of messages saying I am scheduled 8, 13, whatever number days working in a row, which is false thus the glitch. It's been like this for months. I'm pretty sure we won't be getting 24 an hour. I can't wait to eventualky leave Target. Don't be mad when a ton of people get Covid and no one shows up to work. Happens ALL THE TIME!

Why bother having a "Personal Device/Remember Me" checkbox if I need a OTP every single time I open the app. Other than that the general layout is clean and intuitive. Small improvements could be made, but it works for now. Seriously need to improve the basic function of logging on before anything else though.

I discover this app to be mostly reliable; however, there are occassions when I have encountered technical issues. Overall, the app has been dependable to use for Target employee hours of availability whenever I would like to fulfill more hours to my weekly work schedule. Thank you.

Wish it showed vacation hours. Kronos did and it's annoying to have to use a computer to do so now. Besides that a dark theme would be nice but I want everything to have a dark theme. The target app doesn't have one either. Also why does the drop down menu on the android version have a button for Apple ios download? Would rather that now be there either. Overall though it is fine. Maybe fingerprint login would be handy too but I'm fine without it too.

Didn't upload my current schedule. Still said next schedule is Sunday. Well,Sunday is done,and still didn't show my schedule for Monday. Was working just fine the other day. Now the screen turns white. I uninstalled the app. And gonna re-install it. Hopefully it does something. 🤞 Update, nope still the same. Going to talk to my OM,let um know it's not working correctly.

For the most part, the app works ok. My biggest issue is, I check my schedule, then write it down, and later find its been changed with no notification that it's been changed. Why post a schedule, before it's finalized??

The app takes so long to load it's kind of pathetic. A large corporation should have something that actually works for it's employees, it's just annoying to work around it. Everyone I work with has this problem too. Please fix it. The app just decides not to open and it's annoying because I kinda want to see my schedule

All target apps have problems. Workday and daily pay (I like having daily pay because it gets to show you exactly how much you make every single day not just the hours) are also not opening no matter what I do. I heard soon you will only be able to see your schedule on my time and it won't be on paper schedule anymore. They better figure out all these hiccups before they do that a lot of people are going to be missing their shifts if you can't get into app 60% of the time.

I've used this for months. Got a new phone, downloaded the app. It worked fine for about three months, now it won't work at all. Just shows a white screen. Need this for work! I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no changes...

"Mark device as personal" doesn't work, have to enter an OTP every time you log in. Even if the logins are literally seconds apart, on the same device, same network, having indicated both times the device is private. "Target is not responsible for any data charges team members may incur while using this App." That so? Then I'm not responsible for last minutes changes you make to my posted schedule that cost me more just to get an SMS to USE your busted software to SEE the change.

After a month I've only gotten it to actually function once. Often get stuck on a white blank loading screen. Can't get the "secure" one time password to work since the incoming phone call kicks you out of the app and resets the code it just gave you. The only time it showed me my schedule was ok but I could only look at one day at a time instead of a whole week worth. Confused why we needed a new app when it works/doesn't work exactly the same as the old?

authorization failed? im fairly certain its because of a security thing, what app are we to use to fix this failure? IOS/apple users/recently got expanded functionality, of not really a app as much a web page, without any issues, guess I stick with that, downloaded Prime OS for pc just to try this app out. went back to the ios and discovered they had added Flex up/down OT sign up, just for those that are wondering seems to work well, now if we could get notifications on IOS.

Lacking features. If I could make a suggestion, add in push notifications whenever someone puts up a shift you're eligible to pick up. Make this a feature you can toggle. I feel this is a much needed feature. Might even ask my HR to recommend the feature to corporate and hope they don't brush it off since Team Members are to ETLs as TLs is to corporate.

Pure junk! Have to get a code call every single time i try to log in. Does not update as it supposed to( had 2 vacation days aproved but did not show in app, never got notification for mandatory ot.). I deleated the app and use web based now. Im getting tired of being required to have multiple apps and more added every year for employment at target. I just want to go in and do my job, not have to load my phone down with junk apps.

App shows schedule great and organized. Issues: -Despite selecting it's a private device, it makes me verify my identity each time. -I'm a guest advocate that mostly does cleaning shifts, and guess what, I can't even see cashier shifts to cover. And no one can see my cleaning shifts of I post them for covering. Maybe it's an HR issue, but how can one fairly get shifts covered when no one else is "eligible" when they actually are? -Calling in sick when not even sick is the unfair alternative.

Awful scheduling app. 2fa asks me to identify each time i use the app, still has bugs on my s20+ that makes the app not load. seeing the schedule is clustered No bells and whistles like ability to send notifications. Somewhat better than in person scheduling but other stores already do a better job. Why can't target do better?

As of right now, there's features left to be desired such as exporting schedule to phone calender. App doesn't work right now and gets stuck in white screen. It also doesn't remember my personal device so I have to authenticate every single login.

Need to log in everytime, and get a confirmation code with that. Only useful thing is swapping shifts, but other than that it's a cumbersome app. A work related app in my phone should not be a requirement, at least not in starter positions.

Awful. Less features than the previous app. You can't pick up doubles and if you're trying to switch shifts with someone else you're unable to. Really disappointed in this app.
