POS (no not point of sale) app. Doesn't work with androids. Once you enter log in information, it prompts you to swipe and get familiarized with the app. You get to the end and click "Get started" but get booted back to the login screen...
Only works when it wants to. Doesn't show me my blocked times or new appointments. Frustrating is an understatement. I have cleared my data and cache and uninstalled and reinstalled so many times its sickening. Fix the bugs!
Excellent! Easy to use on your phone.
I like the app, i just wish i could change the font size of the appointments
most inconsistent app I have ever used. The only consistent thing is freezing, having to clear cache and multiple reinstalls over the last year just to get the tool to work.
Edit: the new update that came out yesterday fixed my issue! I just updated the app because it made me, and now it doesnt show when I'm on the schedule. It shows my appointments and eveeything, but the hours I'm on the schedule is no longer there. I use those to quickly look and sww how much longer until my next appointment so this is frustrating.
Love this app. Can do everything from my phone.
Never loads correctly. Have to reopen the app 4 or 5 times to finally be able to view my schedule. Never fully loads my client list so when I want to book someone over the app vs in store I have to add them as new instead of keeping up with their current client profile. Very frustrating!
This app works so well on Apple products but not so well on Androids. The app will load the appointments next to each other instead in proper time slots that if the app even loads your appointments. If I didn't have my iPad I would have had upset customers. I have my phone updated and I have uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it would help.
This program is horrible. I would strongly recommend that no busy business use this. It is very slow and glitches all the time. I think we have made a great mistake switching to this and i hope we can ethier fix it or move on.
I have been using this app for a few months and have has constant issues with signing in. I have reinstalled the app a few times and still can't sign on to see my schedule It makes it very hard to book in clients from home if i have no access.
This app would be awesome IF it ever worked consistantly but it just doesn't. It is so slow. More than often, I do not recieve alerts. It freezes up all of the time. Please fix this app!
As I add people online it will not update the app without uninstalling and reinstalling. Client list will not fully install and notifications will only show one side of conversation. Reports will also not match what is on the computer. Recent updates caused many problems.
constantly says "loading" but never fully loads. appointments never appear on my schedule. cannot view client details without it crashing. cannot properly search for clients either, the client list does not load at all
MyTime just sent me this: We will be increase your monthly subscription fees to $199/month if I don't sign a 2-year contract locking in your current price of $134. Wow, a little tone deaf MyTime!! We are still week to week if we can even reopen, as I am sure many business are at this time. So, 67% increase is just great. Thanks.
I had to call my boss at 7 AM to get the address for my job this morning because the schedule won't show me my jobs. But it will show me the jobs my colleagues are working. I checked to see if the app needed updating, nope. It's current.. Restarted my phone twice, still didn't help. It keeps telling me I need to check my internet whether I'm connected to the house internet or using my phone's internet.
I haven't been able to see my appointments on my phone through the app
No issues until now. The app keeps stopping when I select a date. Can you please fix this? I already have enough problems since I'm stuck in Texas during this Winter Energy crisis.
the app takes minutes to load and you have to give it plenty of time to respond. We use mytime at my work and I cant say that the actual P.O.S. system works much quicker. everything else is great, but mytime wears heavily on my patience every day
Doesn't show me all my appointments when on the app. doesn't book the appointments when adding a customer in as well. Makes one appointment several appointments at the same time if they have any add ons.
This app never runs correctly. It might work for 2 mins tops and just goes black. Not helpful at all.
Used to be a great app, now it's a useless app that lags and loads without displaying clients. Its not just my issue, my whole company uses this app and coworkers are having the same problems
App keeps crashing my phone and won't open at all any more. I need this to clock in and out at work.
Good for employees not for customers. Have had complaints about customers not receiving notifications even though the notification button is turned on.
This new update has ruined my ability to do anything with this app except look at whats on my books. I cant edit any appointments on my phone.
Was able to fix the app after the update by clearing the Cache and Data. Thank you for replying to my email MyTime.
Lags. Most of the time will not load appointments. Apparently they did update to fix it but made it WORSE
Error. Nine times out of 10 no matter what I try to do in this app it says error. I wish I did not ever have to use this app again!
Im Having difficulty reading light print words. Even when I enlarge it! Bow I hVe to start by deleting email nd pw ! Ugh!
App hardly works properly. Very buggy. App freezes and extremely slow to load then when loaded it freezes again . And appointments do not show properly and at the correct times. New as of March 21/22 App now will not go past the retrieving your info stage .. uuggh
