TNG force me to download this app just to verify my email. What kind of system you have? Usual 'verify email' only need to click the link. But yours is the most 'terrific way' of verifying just an email. Forcing me to download your apps to verify the email. Thanks for your very 'useful' system
Since last 2 months whenever i made payment with app it came with transaction errors even thou the money got deduct via online banking payment. And when reopen the app, it still showing same amount. I'm not sure what's happening but it's not a pleasant experienced.
29 apr. 3 weeks had past since my smart meter installation. Yet to enjoy the integration between the apps and the mew meter. Was promised it would be working 2-3 weeks after installation. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Still cannot view my smart meter usage. Already 2 weeks had past. Still no smart meter integration in the apps.
Does not accept internationaly issued credit card. No indication in app only SOME locally issued credit cards accepted. How is overseas customers expected to pay! Poor payment capability! (Amerul), Feedback response should be used to improve app and not cause more user effort waste in re-directing to an ineffective Careline. Zero star rating if it were possible!
Good apps but still got bugs to fix. I just realise that i can't read my daily usage suddenly since 30th Mar until today, the monthly usage is not accurate and up to date. (13/5)Up to date the problem never solve until today, very dissapointed.
This apps is really awesome. The User Interface, meter usage information, and payment interface are really comfortable and easy to use. I would like to give 5/5 stars for the overall user experience.
Worst app after UI updated. Can't even see own address number & name on the bill although I'm the owner. TNB staffs not even able to clarify. Only said wait for another update from MyTNB. Today went to TNB Careline FB, still not able to verify. Name & account number put on *******. This must be system problems. Data entry typo
Would be nice to have bill estimate in every new bill cycle based on average sum of each day multiply on the tariffs. Example I spent total 45Kwh for 3 days and the estimation will be 450Kwh for 30 days. Also please to have an option to disable the vibrate function when scrolling the graph. It isn't necessary.
Not very efficient apps. Stuck at myTNB logo most of the time. Already clear cache and data but still facing the same issue. Uninstall and reinstall did not help either. And before you start to blame on user device, I'll have you know that I'm using a 12GB/256GB device with latest Android 11 OS. With the positive revenue you gain, should've invest more on apps development.
It hangs more than it works. It hangs so bad that it freezes up and you can't even kill the app. Have to go to settings and force stop. But of course it's a monopoly... So have to use regardless if it's a bad app or not.
Amazing app, makes my life so much easier. Just one feedback.. two actually 1- have a feedback button inside the app so we don't have to downgrade you here for feedback 2- allow customers to see previous bills, i thought the feature is there but now been looking for it for a while. I can only view current month's bill. It would be more convenient to have it in app rather than searching for the paper.
Can't use it, I clear cache, uninstall and reinstall many times, still it not working with my android phone.(with the same account and password, I can login with my PC but not with phone) what's going on?
Horrible app. Always hang. No upgrading or betterment done for almost 2years. No point having this app as its useless and only takes unnecessary space.!!!
I safe and value my time travel and wait for the counter payment, instead of exercising and studying for personal upbringing. Thank you TNB team for this handy application. Just that language choice are limited.
the app has been updated. previously unable to register as account was opened with the old nric number. tnb has since updated all the latest profile information and no longer any necessity to scan nric for the updates.
I have paid my bill through this app however suddenly it crashed and payment was not updated in the apps. The amount already deducted from my bank account. Please fix this.
App crashing a lot. I'm trying to access to it since past few days nothing improve. I have done uninstall and reinstall it back still the same!? What's going on?
This is a payment app which suppose to be smooth. I paid via FPX, after transferred successful the payment process page down and my payment details was not updated. Please fix this
Unable to update profile. Checked with TNB, kept asking me to screen shot then email. Done many tmes. Problem still persists.
I wish the app update the monthly bill quickly. I have to wait few days after received the physical bill to see my update bill inside the app. Too slow. Upgrade server please
My daily usage dashboard missing/no data since March 2022... Have been okay with it for quite sometime since smart meter.. but not anymore..
Not able to see latest daily usage. What the point of having smart meter if cannot check on daily usage.
very useful apps to check my acc, however this app took very long time . need to open and close the app many times and its kinda annoying . hope tnb can fix this issue .
Terrible experience when paying for bills. Stuck at loading payment methods, if succeeded pass loading page, confirmation page took ages. Maybank (or other banks) had confirmed the payment, yet myTNB didn't the payment. Every time, same issues. To make thing even worse, I can't reprint the receipt from the bank. Start paying your app developer or outsource. You're a company with market cap of 12.22 billion USD and market valuation of 27.55 billion USD. No developer charges 1 billion USD.
Tnbcareline support team is not competent enough. They don't seem understand my very simple request to just consider to restore an old feature (estimation of future usage) in the latest mytnb app. Instead, they just follow their scripts to ask me for a screen shot of error message / issue! Right now, I don't think anyone from tnb is looking into my request! Really terrible!
Thank you for developing this app. I would like to report a bug. Afer I've clicked into a push notifications from the app which lead me to the notification page, clicking the back button exits the app instead of bringing me to the homepage.
