App was upgraded to take pictures but this breaks the app so it crashes 9/10 times you photograph anything. Assemblers Inc. says it must be that the phone is too old and refuses to provide support or help getting a new phone that they will support. There isn't even an option to roll the app back to an older version that was compatible with older phones. It's been around 3 or 4 months with no bug fixes for this new versions. Since the app is required you cannot work without buying a new phone.
This App is worthless. It cost's me money everytime I use it. Sometimes I have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to log anything I scan, and then another 5 minutes for it to load the picture of rhe bicycle serial numbers. Also there is no longer an option to charge for store help. So I have to do that on a paper invoice, and we get deducted 10% for that. Just a tital waste of time and money for those of us working out in the field.
This app is very frustrating to use. Doesn't scan items all the time even though one was just scanned prior, it does not let you click on my open invoices without closing the app but let's you choose other features. Reinstalling and clearing cache does nothing. I've done it several times every time the app doesn't work. I log out almost every day of the app also.
App worked fine until the April update. Since than I haven't been able to scan barcodes because the camera focus feature is no longer available to me for some reason. Today it's not even letting me clock in. I've deleted almost all of the apps off my phone to see if there a was problem with it conflicting with another. Tried un-installing and re-installing with no luck. This is HORRIBLE. Only reason I give it 1 star is because there isn't an option for anything lower.
The latest update of the app has basically made the app inoperable. At first it was skipping the store surveys. Not a bad bug but created issues between techs and AMs. Then it decided to not allow techs to process open invoices by force closing the app. Now its a major issue by forcing techs to recreate app invoices on paper. Then this morning, the app decides to not function. Unable to open at all. I have done the recommended process of reinstalling. This app has been a mess since day 1.
Constant updates which usually leave us ,who are in the field, wasting more time to figure out how to correct the problem to make certain we and the company gets paid. Also having to take pictures and not add by quantity is KILLIMG MY BATTERY while at work. Usually where we assemble they do not have plug ins so I must leave my phone somewhere to charge it. Please make the app more efficient, less time and battery consuming. Or go back to us using your devices instead of our own. Thank you.
Get a refund for your development price of this app. It SUCKS. And this is version 4......y'all couldn't even get the first 3 right, why are y'all making newer ones. Fix it first then worry about trying to improve Not adjusted for night techs...we dont matter? not field tested......... I personally don't know about all the other techs, but while I have to keep reinstalling, uninstalling, and restarting is not only FRUSTRATING but we dont get paid by the hour, so we are losing on MULTIPLE ends!
This App is Trash(Garbage) regardless of version it does not work at all it does is slow down productivity .I wish I could give it 0 stars. Very aggravating to scan then take a picture then it freezes up so you gotta try again. Can you make things work before you release them ???
Crashes constantly, blocks the camera from scanning (white screen), shows the wrong total on invoices, logs out in the middle of manually entering UPC, freezes when trying to get signature. Maybe hire people with experience developing apps?
This app is sooo bad... it crashes and freezes... SO MUCH MORE than I actually use it... tried to hard reset it is so I can use it but even THAT doesn't seem to work
Want let you login in even though you put in the right credentials. You'll need to go back to version 3, I didn't have any problems when I was using v3. Need to get rid of taking pictures of serial numbers because that's when most of the problems started
no crashes yet. use the store provided wifi for best connection working in back. needs some kind of price showing after scanning. also along with complete total after each scan.
Hard to scan barcodes.. The App is really slow.. A lot of time it "times out" and won't process my work I scan.. Has to be a better App we can use.. It say it can't locate me even when I am using WIFI .
when I go to close out "my open invoices", the app crashes and closes. Every time. needs a big fix, but everything else seems to work.

More trouble than it's worth, either won't read the same sku just scanned, not found sku you did yesterday, drops items scanned first, are only a few of the issues. Worst is not entering signatures.
Works half the time. Either the app crashes in the middle of scanning products or stalls out. Also if your working off hours its hard to clock in.
Who ever gave it a ..5 .. 4 ..3..or 2 star.... Does not use the app. We all have the same issues. This app is not stable and never has been. Still crashing. Have to reinstall an not entering items ..KEEP TRING YOULL GET IT .I HOPE SOON..
Horrible customer service, put me on hold just to send me to voicemail. I called because the app won't let me log in to my store because I'm not at the location. It's not possible to be any more AT the location
Keeps saying resource not found even tho the store literally pops up, with the exact store number. I wish this app didnt have worse issues each and every week. I love the job but this app is garbage.
I seriously think this app was designed by a 5 year old!!! Changes it does need! Crashes when you take a pic also...
It's down most of the time and cant handle the workload traffic I dont think it is a bad idea just needs beefing up to be faster and handle workload
Doesn't work. IHC's need a way to accurately log hours worked. This app is useless for what we need considering I don't work IN STORE.
It sucks so bad its forcing me to quit. Im not trying to quit but it doesnt work. Never works. And im tired of buying fones for work
It bad full of errors bugs and is just the dumbest app I've ever used its alway down with no projection time its gonna be fixed and tech support good luck
I just started with assemblers and it's not even allowing me to log in online with my username and password it keeps rejecting me.

Scanner often doesn't work unless lighting is perfect. Also sometimes adds duplicate items or removes an item from the invoice on its own. Is it really so hard to make such a simple app work properly? PS: Please add an option to add by quantity. Scanning 6 identical items individually is a waste of time and battery.
