Haven't even been able to get it setup. Everytime I try it says that I need to upgrade the remote control. "Remote control firmware upgrade is needed. Click start to upgrade." I click start and it says "loading..." I've tried multiple times and everytime it doesn't do anything different. Waited for more than 20 minutes, so it isn't a matter of not giving it enough time. Waste of money I guess.
Garbage. When this app was done reprogramming my remote, every button press issues the command twice. So imagine my angst as pressing an arrow button one time and having my Roku menu jump all over the place. The options to set a "Select" launchers (say to setup precise configurations to launch your TV, Roku, Nintendo Switch and soundbar for a purpose such s Streaming, Gaming, or OTA TV) is limited, no option to set specific inputs like HDMI1 or Antenna for various modes. Look to GE or Logitech.
I tried setting it up on 5 phones, Samsung, Google, OnePlus, iphone and it won't connect via Bluetooth. So it's useless to me.
Just reading the terms of service is a total trainwreck. Me using your app should not justify you messing with, deleting, or trying to alter what I write to your wims. No thank you.
I like it! Everything is so easy to do. The setup process took less than 5 minutes and now I have a remote for all our TV's, sound bars, and our blu-ray player. I recommend it to anyone who has more than 1 TV.

Despite this being one of our favorite universal remotes this app is severely lacking some basic features. The remote "finder" feature is also great, but the Bluetooth being on constantly consumes batteries at an alarming rate

The firmware update will not install it gets to 18% then says timmed out and countless retries end with the same issue I will just continue using my roku remote thanks anyway.....dam I lost my receipt for this.
Biggest waste of time and money. Ineffective to say the least. Just buy a remote without a pairing feature.
it works but it drains brand new batteries in a few weeks when most remotes take literally years to kill the batteries. I'm currently looking for a replacement.
great remote!! it did everything for me thru the app!!
It won't pair, requires device location. I don't want to sign a end user license over putting up holiday lights.

There's is no app for the plug. Why doesn't it say on the box that it's only compatible with iPhone. Waste of time and money.
I don't understand why it could possibly need location turned on. But it's required inorder to even use the app.
It's streamlined and easy to use. Lights up in the dark too, that's a plus.
This is a great product with a friendly app. and can download the codes for my LG TV and Pioneer DVD player
Codes are functional and I'm happy with the remote.

Shockingly bad, both the app and the hardware. The worst I've seen in a long time (which, considering I've worked in the IT field for over twenty years, well.......). Gave it some brand new batteries and fired it up. I had to work to coax the app to pair with the remote (and had to deal with an 'It's-not-our-problem-it's-yours' attitude in the FAQ when I went to get 'help' for my problem. Finally got it to pair. Added my TV to it. It turned it on once, and off once. Have not been able to get it to work since. Waste of time and money. I bought it at Best Buy, going to write my review there next.
