Not sure what happened with the app update but I haven't been able to successfully use the app recently. It freezes, won't let me select the food I tap, and freaks out when I sign in. I don't know when it was update since I've been using the desktop site for a while but it wasn't this difficult to use before.

The service is great, but this app is awful. The bottom menu covers up a lot of valuable buttons and you can't edit your order. It is unreasonably bad and had to go home and use my computer.

The app no longer allows me to add food. I find a restaurant, look through the menu, click on something I want but when u try to add it, the button doesn't work. The search button also doesn't work. I click on it like I have before and nothing happens.

Thought the app was great until I realized they were artificially inflating the price of menu items in addition to the fees. If they were up front about the prices, that would be different, but trying to deceive people to make more money is not something I'll support.

5:30 - place order. App says delivery between 6:17 and 6:27. 6:15 - app still says order not confirmed. Not unusual for the app not to update status, but it usually updates by 10 minutes before delivery, so I called the support number. Had to call 5 times because it kept putting me on hold and then kicked me off after 2 minutes. Nice way to keep hold-time stats low. When I finally got through, the person said they tried to call "several times". They called once while on hold for 5th time.

Great service and best selection of restaurants, but the app is a mess. Won't stay logged in, doesn't remember addresses. Would get a 5 star if the app worked.

I love the service, but now the app is bot working properly. For past week it will bot let me sign in. the bottom row buttons do not work so I cannot even use the app. I would order if app worked. It did a few weeks ago, but now it will not let me order anything.

I agree with the others about the bottom menu covers buttons when trying to order. The service is good but the delivery fee is high.

My experience has been awesome! love the updates on order progress. Food always arrives hot and fresh! In my opinion the best food delivery app. . Choices are great!

I had a wonderful experience the very first time i used this delivery service. The driver was very friendly and even went out of her way to make sure that my order from Olive garden was correct. It was perfect.

Bottom section isn't usable on galaxy s10 which is where the add to cart and the checkout button is, if you can open a text box you can add food but never checkout.

don't ever use this app they just want to scam you and deliver you shity food by drivers that have no professionalism at all they want to charge you the amount on app that says you're going to pay only $28 but they end up coming and charging you $38 or like me 4002 because they double tipped for the driver when I called about my concerns they don't have a call line for California so I'm not able to get my money back

The app is good just the service is sketchy, had a guy try to trick me into tipping more when I knew the total plus tip. One guy spilled the soups I ordered in the bag and tried to pull it off by not acknowledging it.

App doesnt work. I signed up and was excited to try but the app doesn't function well at all. Going to try Door Dash instead.

This app has very poor UX, obviously no QA, and no updated version for Android users. It's like they don't even care. And then they charge $6 for a 60 minute delivery? I'll pass.

This app doesn't work. it wont let you scroll down, you cant edit your orders or add them to your cart. plus the lrices from what im seeing are like 2x more expensive..shame.

App charges higher prices than what the restaurant charges. On top of a delivery fee. Buyer beware that this app is out to scam you. You're better off somewhere else.

I've tried multiple times to use this app. Orders never go through or it glitches and doesn't get me past the home screen.

This app used to work wonderfully. It stopped working sometime ago. Its unfortunate as other delivery services have wonderful apps to use.

It's basically uber for takeout! Fantastic service, personable drivers, fast and detailed service.

when app starts, can no longer login. please fix. still not fixed after 6 months of reporting. DOES NOT WORK.

havent had a problem. my experience has been great and my good has always been hot and fresh from the place I order from.

this simply does not work in my s10. The "add item" does nothing so you cannot use it to order anything!!
