It is always a struggle to log into the app. It tells you to log in but does not allow you too. Need to uninstall and re-install the app everytime I need to use it. Why don't you allow access via the web, why only the app.....makes no sense
The Technical Department did reach out to me a few days latter in regards to my issue and are looking at it to rectify where the problems may be. Many thanks Not the 1st time my booking on here has been messed up at the dealership and wasting my time with this app... better for myself to call in and make the booking direct.

Thank you Charl Thank you Toyota A most frustrating application ... says information is missing ... no way to electronically contact them .. the call center takes so long to answer .. wastes airtime
Ever since I downloaded the App, my vehicle list in the garage has disappeared, I can't see my connect to check how much data I have and my number. Am frustrated 😞
Just does not work after latest update. Takes forever to load, then says session expired, and nothing happens when you try log in again. Has become 100% useless.
Unable to login. Keep getting error "Session Expired. Your session has expired. Please log in to confirm your identity". Clicking the OK button does not work and there is no other option to log in.

I cannot sign up on this app, there is an error message saying "session expired " when I click on to the app.. I even deleted and downloaded it again.
This app is absolutely useless. Updated and now my login does not work anymore. This isn't the first time as well. The online site used to work so much better, but we are all stuck using an app that is not functional.
I am trying to sign up with ID number but it keeps saying session expired and does not take me back to sign up screen. I have uninstalled the app twice to try to sign up, no success.
Very bad, the app is not responsive and if it's down, it does not say but displays your session expired, very bad for now, hope Toyota will fix this in due time.
Guys, the My Toyota App is not working since the weekend. When will it be?? You might also take note of your rating. Poor is an understatement. Doesn't TOYOTA stand for something reliable and long lasting. You are very disappointing. Try HARDER.
App does not work, it just says your session has expired please login but you can't login. I see I am not the only one experiencing this, when will this be resolved?
It is only one person that has access to the My Toyota app to purchase Data for the vehicle and connect on Android Auto. How do I allow my wife those priveledges when I (cellphone) am not in the car, when she drives. Can you provide a solution on this?
Terrible. Unable to login, says session expired . Feedback seems to be that the app will be unavailable for days .. poor considering you need this app to work with Toyota connect
I've been trying to login since yesterday but getting same error message "Session expired please login" I have tried but unable to go to login page??? Not sure what to do???
My Fortuner 2020 has wifi and I can connect to it. I have set up the password on the app but when I switch the car on, the head unit requests the password each time. Is there no way that I can set up the password and save it. I have watched tutorials, but in them there is a password option to choose in the setup. My car has no password option. This means that every time I switch the car off and on, I have to enter the password again... a bit of a pain, really.
I'm unable to connect to the app, I'm logged in but the "connect option" is not on the menu, which renders the app quite useless, I've only ever used the app to book a service which is also an invasion of privacy since the previous owner of the vehicle gets the sms to confirm the service and I get nothing yet the car is in my name I went to the dealership to try and get my issue fixed and they weren't able to assist, when I attempted to call the call center I couldn't get any agent to speak to
Booking a service. At the "Select a dealership" window, there's no further options. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling,no difference. Toyota team assisted in fixing my problem, thank you.
The app doesn't load your gerage after it was implemented again. The connect function is also missing.

Easy to use and very usefull. Booking a service is very convenient via the app. I would like to know how to connect my Hauwei to the car theatre system.
Convenient way to book your service and view your car details.. But the app is glitchy and freezes quite often.. Also what is the point of quoting a price for a service, when I get to the service station and the price differs by R200.
Still says session expired and that the app has an bug. Please provide me with app that works.
I am no longer able to view the invoices for the services. I could see it when I had my iPhone. It is really handy to be able to see the invoice s for work done.

No link or description of how to add or load data for the MyToyota app or for your Toyota car. It only says somewhere on Google that your care comes with a specific amount of data originally with your purchase of your vehicle. Thank you for not showing useless ads in the app. One clearly has paid for the car. Someone else can pay for adverts on other apps 😉
