lets bring it down to 1 star overall rating. app getting more faulty and lagging. can we give it a zero star for the update. its so slow. and the user experience is much worse. the OLD APP is way much better than this one. bus timings are not updated. map loads slow.
overall great app to look at buses, timing is usually reliable but there may be some buses that arrive without indication from the app. Also, I do not see the need to not support rooted devices, considering that tracetogether works on rooted phones
After latest update. Favorites are gone. Unable to search using bus no. now. Feels like a typical "add 1 feature and break other existing features scenario." Kindly test the app before publishing!
After my app auto updated all my pre saved bus stops were gone. No tutorial on how to navigate the new UI. App changed some of the names of the bus stops (which does not line up w the name and code provided AT the bus stops)
User-friendly. Recently, the Search function has been faulty a lot. Although it says search for Address, bus stop number or bus number, each time I key in a bus number, the results do not show the bus number! Happened with numerous bus numbers
May 2022 update: taking back what I said previously... After Singapore covid restrictions lifted and everyone start going back to office, the timing info on the app is ridiculously wrong. April 2022: Very useful app. Information on the bus arriving time are 95%timea correct. Highly recommended.
Why does android version get bus arrival info so super slow ? To make it worse, it always shows a white bar and greys out the background when re-loading ? The huge white bar is super annoying, why is the gigantic white bar showing loading necessary ? what is the developer thinking ?
sometimes the timings are accurate, sometimes it's way off. missed so many buses because of that. hopefully this app can become at least 99% accurate soon.
I waiting for bus 94 at eunos bis interchange. I use this app to get alerts when bus 94 start picking up passenger to set off. Some alerts sound off within 5min but i only see 94 buses reached interchange. They were not picking up me. Thia is a bug
Favourites are gone After the most recent update, my favourites disappeared. Maybe allow us to login to keep them saved to our account? (or is it that this need is being created so you will introduce a syncing feature as a solution in the future? 🤷
Missed bus 3 times. Not really that accurate. Used to be good. Just don't understand why Google always ask us to update most of the app and yet it is worse than before.
The bug that caused the app to exit abruptly in early Mar has been solved. The app is working smoothly again. Good job.
stupid bus wasn't indicated on the app and made me miss it. also there have been multiple occasions where bus is indicated to come but in the end is either a different bus than the one I want to take or doesn't come at all
The app not working on my Samsung galaxy fold after my phone updated to android 12. I have cleared all data and cache, uninstall and re-install and restart phone. But still can't open app. My other apps such dbs and oub have the same problem but after doing the above steps, the app works. Pls advise on your side. Thks.
App getting worse and worse with every update. Before latest update, it used to work with my phone although sometimes it takes forever to load but now after this recent update, the app refuses to open and keeps crashing, rendering itself unusable.
All favourites gone after update (again.) Best to have a way to save it via Gmail log in etc. Since it's an android app, it shouldn't be too difficult
The previous app was wonderful with route of chosen bus being shown, whole mrt map visually shown and able to show estimated traveling time duration, fare price etc. Now it's totally gone! SUPER UNFRIENDLY APP!
It was good before when my Fold 3 samsung phone software updated to Android 12. Now it crashes despite installing and uninstalling many times and giving all permission and RESTART. Please fix it. Horrible experience cannot even open.
My previous saved data is gone. The bus number search ux is not intuitive at all.
Just wonder what has happened to the app when the bus arrival times suddenly appeared as NA for all buses at bus stops. I am using Samsung S21.
Buses mysteriously disappear from schedule and leave communiters trapped. Why doesn't LTA take action against SBS Transit for such irregularities in public service transport? Needs MUCH more accountability.
In the morning, the Public Bus Service feature seems to be unable to sync.
New update now can't even to search for bus arrival time. Pls fix it!!! All my saving information is gone.
I'm used to this App all the while. App is working fine after upgrade it has stopped working, Uninstalling and re-installing many times still the same can't even open. Please fix this bug ASAP.
There was an android system update the last few days. Tried my luck and reinstalled the app back. Works perfectly. Still, the people behind this app need to go back to school to improve their communication skills. They never even reply to their emails.
