The mandatory requirement for phone permission for notification is a terrible design decision. I don't want to have notifications from you, I just want my bus timings. Is that so hard to understand? If I don't give you phone permission, disable notifications then. It's that simple! Now I can't use the app at all. Don't think I can ever trust lta to even make a half decent app again.

The app is not accurate. Unlike the previous app, some of the bus arrivals are not available and indicated as "NA". The bus arrivals of bus stops within 500m are not available. And sometimes, physical bus arrival times are inaccurate from the actual arrival. What are the corrective steps being taken to address this?

I saw some comments, that says the app will exit, when you click on "Bus stops near me". I clicked that, and it clearly shows the buses that is available for the bus stop I am at. Been using for a year and so far it has been good

Was working properly but the latest version (3.3.1) is buggy. Kept saying there is system maintenance and asked me to update to latest version to continue using the app. But I AM using the latest version! Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the problem persists. 🤦🏻‍♂️

It will be very much useful if the app has first and last bus timing for each stop in its route. Anyway they are constant values as available in the all bus stops. Now to know this information we have to go and see in the bus stop.

I used this before the upgrade and it was very good. Ever since the upgrade, I cannot find my bus stop at one glance and the timing is blocked by the bell! Very bad interface.

Works okay but keeps asking for phone access when it does not need it. "Please allow phone permissions to receive MyTransport notifications". which means it is asking for access to my phone number. It can do an app notification instead...

Bus arrival timings shown can be very inaccurate. 15 mins for the next bus may suddenly become 3 mins. Use googlemaps instead, which is often more accurate.

Hopeless apps. All exteral link not tested before new release. No feature that really helpful to on the public transport like nel chorus

Not working. Connection error & the app hangs. So much for award winning app which would be great. Back to using Google maps

Used the app to check travel time between Bugis MRT and Tampines MRT. However, instead of mapping time between the 2 stations along East West line, the app insisted on directing user to walk to Rochor MRT to commute along the Downtown Line and then, walk to Tampines MRT. Isn't this app for all public transport??

No longer functions. I used this on a trip to SG in early 2019. Now it says it needs to update but the update never installs. Reinstalling from the Play Store had the same result.

App forces you to turn on gps and to recieve traffic info. Even when you turn on the gps function, it shows u a list of bus stops instead of one.

I was almost late cos' of this app. It was my go-to app to check bus timing but now...all it is a useless app. Y'all can do better. We all know that.

It keeps on crashing. Used to work fine but after updating, it stopped working. Just like our MRT

why app is requesting permission for "managing phone call" on start and not forwarding if don't accept? why a transport app need my phone call permission 😡 what kind of data you are stealing from user?

Some bus service schedule has not been updated over the past dew days. Makes it very unreliable for comnuters. Needs to buck up its online service.

3 mins estimated arrival time ends up being 10-15 mins for a particular bus stop every single day. Unreliable. Sometimes it says 5/7 mins but bus arrives immediately.

when click on bus stop near you it exit out straightaway also other function since the last update of Samsung Galaxy S9 on 14 Feb 19. Several Feedback send but no responses.

Bus 851 has no time display idk y. Pls fix it thanks! Sometimes the waiting time can increase also suddenly but other than that it's fine
