myTuner Radio Pro

Buggy, stick with the free version, don't waste your money on Pro. Won't work well with Android Auto. Favorites and many times all channels will not show up unless you have them open on your phone first before connecting to Andriod Auto. When they do show, the app deletes each favorite channel you stop on as you scroll through them. This happens using the car steering wheel or radio touchscreen. No way to contract the developers other than them hopefully reading negative comments.

Keeps playing after turned off. I close the application. What's that? It's still running? What's that random sound from my pocket? Oh, it keeps playing. Force stop. Huh, keeps playing? Battery low. It's been running all day. If you want a radio that plays nonstop and drains the battery, this is the application for you! You can add more stations with URL so that's cool. But for the sake of my battery, it's awful. Edit: Turn off function is very specific.

I want to love this app, but it's not quite there yet. There is no landscape view mode which also means that if you open the app in landscape view it will not play a channel until the channel is selected in portrait mode. There's also a number of channels I would like to access but I tried adding one and it didn't work. I would also like to 'Favourite' songs that are playing or have been played, but there's only the option to 'Favourite' the station itself. Other than that, it's a great app!

Great app. All of the stations I was looking for and few more surprises, as well. Only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I paid for the Pro and got rid of banner ads, I guess, but still has commercials which overlay broadcast before programming starts. Not a deal breaker but not what I expected. Still a great app.

Cheaper and easier to use than TuneIn. It might not have as many "stations" as TuneIn's however many of those "stations" either do not exist or are so weak that cannot be counted as real. And for those user who can't terminate the stream or the app, use the "Greenify" app which you should use for all apps and put them into hibernation.

Nice app and easy to use with all my favourite stations available. I use it mainly in my car with Android Auto as where I am the internet is generally less patchy than either FM or DAB. Dropped it one star because when the internet does drop out, it sits there on my car display saying "There appears do be a problem" and I have to manually go back to my favourites and reselect the station I was listening to. Thought it would at least try to reconnect automatically every 10 or 15 secs, but no.

A potentially great app but it defaults to 2gb no matter what station was being listened to last. It doesn't respect favourites... I mean that it won't let me choose any of my favourites if 2gb is playing. I can't escape out of it to my native entertainment system despite exiting android auto. Considering I paid for ad removal and then paid again to purchase the pro version (only to discover there is no difference), I think support for this app is sadly lacking.

5 stars so far. They have improved this app vastly, probably because of stiff competition. Their competition made it so I decided to try 'mytuner' again and so far I've not flirted with going back to their competition for a year or two. I have and do recommend the pro version of this app because I don't like it when dialog is interrupted by ads, etcetera...

I paid for this app in the first instant because it looked great and seemed to work well. I've now noticed it to be quite buggy. Radio turns on/off on its own. App doesn't ever completely shut down. Many times I've noticed radio running on its own. Please fix this at the earliest or refund me.

myTuner is the new tuneIn. tuneIn abandoned it's Pro users - taking their $ then leaving them behind - for an expensive premium subscription model. Dirty! And then tuneIn pretty much broke, rewinding, quitting, etc. myTuner is what tuneIn was 10 years ago before impatient investors broke it. May myTuner not follow the same path from innovative to broken! So far, it is dependable and correctly priced with what seems like a sustainable business model.

I've been looking for a really good radio since before most smartphones even existed & now i have finally found this. I've been using this since I had my iPhone 5 & kept on using it when i switched to using an iphone 6 plus & now on my Huawei mate 20 pro. Out of ALL! the radio apps ive come across, this by far is #1. One of the best features in this app is that you can play it in the background while using other apps at the same time. I also like that you can make a favorites list amongst others.

I went off of this for a while but I tried to come back and try it again and it still hasn't been fixed every time you go to one channel it takes about four or five of the ones you done saved in your favorites off and you have to sign out and sign back in to get them to come back home it's been over a year and I thought y'all would have it fixed by now so I went ahead and paid $7 or something to get it please fix this y'all have got the best stations please just fix that one thing please

I want to love this app, I really appreciate how it grabs album art for the currently playing song for example, but unfortunately I cannot convince it to save my custom stations and the Wear OS app doesn't appear to do anything

Cannot save my custom station to favourite list. Steps to re-produce: - Go to Search, Add New Station then enter station name and url. - While the radio is playing, tap Star to save it to Favourite. - Go to Favourite, all existing station disappeared. And no way to save this custom station, only can see it in Recent list. Too many steps to get favourite list in Android Auto. The list should be in first screen be cause the app looks like doesn't work with wheel control buttons.

Star button to save favourites does not always work. I purchased the Pro version for my phone and hoped I could use it on my tablet as well but wants me to pay another £5.49 so asked for a refund and uninstalled. I have a iPhone 5s which has old my tuner Pro app and that works better. I can pause and record the radio stations. Shame I can't transfer old app to my new android phone. So a bit disappointed they removed such useful features.

Many years of use across multiple operating systems in our household. Simple, beautiful app. Interface is spartan but it is the streaming radio app with the most comprehensive list of broadcast stations. Thanks!

App never worked on Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. No stations being listed. Tried numerous times to get an update from development team regarding approx timeframe to have a fix in place. Still no real response other than they are aware of problem. Really disappointed. Have suggested that they refund the purchase..... again still nothing. AVOID on Galaxy Watch 4.

I like the ease of favourites menu, how speedy it is plus the search facility. The general layout is intuitive, especially to people with dyslexia. That's more rare than you might expect.
