I have had this app for about a month now, so far so good. You have everything at your fingertips. No need to call to make sure you have an appt if you forget, log in and it shows you what you have coming up.

Scheduling an appt seems confusing. I could find only options for emergency or non-emergency appts. There is nothing for troublesome, but not emergency, conditions. Non-emergency were out 6-8 wks which is way too long. There needs to be a middle category - maybe there is one that I didn't see? The amt of material on it makes it difficult to navigate.

The app works and it is nice to see results quickly. Unfortunately the most typical responses refer to calling a 1-800# and responses (within the app) are turned off. So for example if I get a test result that I don't understand there is no explanation nor care dire ctive provided and the care team just wants me to call a phone number "if it is urgent". Since I do not know how to interpret the test result that is my question - is the matter urgent?

EXCELLENT IF WORKED PROPERLY The phone visits never work anymore. they are by telephone only appts are made without my knowledge, I've had issues w E chart since I signed up, its an excellent idea,🤯 but isn't dependable, my Dr. has also confirmed im not only pt. w MANY issues, that many of her patients also have problems was told they are working on it, so eventually they will iron it all out, i have went to appts. that wen i get there, are totally wrong, I live over an hour away

I had a lot of trouble with the app when I would sign in for a video chat so after missing 2 appointments that are very hard to get I decided to just make an in office visit. Very frustrating. But for getting messages or list of medications it's been pretty good.

I am delighted with the availability of this feature. MyUCDavidHealth is a necessary tool to help me understand my health problems by seeing the test results. Then using Google search, to find out what the strange words mean! This has made the follow-up visits so helpful since I am prepared with questions. I feel better understanding all the medical jargon.

Keep freezing and connection is terrible. Tried from 3 different cell phones. A laptop and it keep saying error. Tried using wifi and no wifi. All the same.

This app is so helpful with keeping track of all my Dr visits and upcoming procedures. It will have my test results when ready, notes from my visits, and I can send receive and messages from healthcare team and doctor. I no longer need to write down my appointments because this app takes care of that for me. I am so happy this is available to me. It also has a digital record of my vaccinations so I don't need to carry a card around with me.

Worst 2-step verification process I've ever experienced. Email optiom is slow and unreliable. If you minimize the app you have to request another verification code when going back to the app. Just hot garbage. Do yourself a favor and don't choose the option to receive code via email. Better yet, just turn it off.

Not as easy to navigate as if hoped. Doesn't load the pages often, although the alternative being their webpage, which loads 5% of the time at a very low rate, taking 10 minutes or longer to load 1 simple navigation! Ugh. I am very hopeful these issues will be worked out in time. Thanks!

This app has everything I need to know about my child's health or even my own, great communication from the doctors, and even learning videos

UCD My Chart is the only way to go! You have everything you need right at your fingertips. You can communicate with your doctor, it has learning tools for your specific condition, or practically any condition that you are interested in researching. You can find out things about your health, read after visit summaries , Make appointments without making a phone call and so much more! We would be lost without it.I strongly recommend everyone have My Chart account!!

Doctor was very professional, compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and didn't rush me or make me feel weird! Good experience!.

The my chart app works about 20% of the time. I usually end up calling the office because the MyChart app gives an error message. And the error message is not on my end. So for all intents and purposes, most of the time, it's pretty useless. I have very little confidence in the my chart app. This morning, I tried to get a prescription sent over to my doctor and I don't know if it got sent over so now I have to call.

Instructions are simple to follow and greatly simplify the process of maneuvering throughout the site.

Life saver! Love this app. Keeps all my apps, test results, etc at my fingertips.

This app is very helpful in keeping track of everything I need to take care of myself. I also find it easy to use.

Essential for effective discourse w/MDs. Can interface w/other providers. Versatile, practical. Not perfect; some notifications unresolveable. Pre-check in feature helpful.

Great Application. Medical Technology with State of the art medical science hospital. medical Results of ALL, Metabolic blood tests, Doctors tests, Doctors reports,etc. are instantly available for viewing on this UCD DAVIS HOSPITAL APP. VITALY KONONOV.

There are a lot of things you can't do on app that you can on the Website but it is getting better. Make appointments, contact my doctors, check any tests I had done and referals from my doctors. Check your perscriptions, after doctor visits and upcoming appointments or tests by appointment upcoming. There are a lot more choices on the app that at this time are not available but maybe soon. Keep up the good effort and slowly great things are being added.

I use My Chart to review apps, test results, and all related information that l am allowed to "see." I love using my chart. I use the "Message" board frequently. A great way to communicate with my providers or their staff.

If UCD primary patients are retired state workers, the application should be geared more towards phone and text usage and less online. The app is not iser friendly. It wonky and difficult to navigate. Christine for Mike

App works very well. Drs seem to respond quickly usually within 24 hrs. Good reminder on upcoming appointments, after visit summaries and test results. Highly recommend as a way to contact your doctors directly.

Great App, clear and convenient.

I am able to give, receive and access my complete health information. My Doctor and I are able to speak, via messages for non emergent matters. I can schedule appointments, etc... This app has everything you need at your fingertips in an easy to use format!!

I have wonderful doctors at UC Davis and in my recent move to Tennessee, my doctors are able to communicate, read and review notes through the Epic MyChart feature. It's a great technology resource tool that I also use to keep both teams updated of all health issues and concerns. A+ or 5☆ from Deedee

The face recognition is not consistent. Call center techs are extremely helpful. This is a wonderful tool.

My directions from My Chart were to download the mobil app for my android. I did that and still no value no way to find it no way to operate it. Email Directions were a total waste of my time.

When the app works it's a good app. But it doesn't work more often than it works. Have to repeatedly check back in until the app happens to be working.
