App is useless. Can't sign in on the app but the website works fine. If you troubleshoot through the need help out asks you who is handling your account. The problem is that they haven't communicated any of that information so you are stuck and can't use it. Useless.
My mortgage was just sold to this company. I tried going to their website, which is the most unprofessional website I've seen in years. So I tried the app, and it wants to know who is handling my account. If I knew that... oh, nevermind, I'm sure they don't care. I'll probably just have to keep mailing them checks for the next 30 years
I finally figured out that his app is actually to apply for loan and not to pay your mortgage. For some reason their website and app do two totally different functions and they're not connected. This is just very stupid.
Useless app for starting a mortgage, not managing one. Thanks for the detailed description and wasting everyone's time. Who the hell is going through mortgages so quickly that they need an app for it??
It's bad, you can't do anything to see your account, I think it's only to setup a refi or start a new loan.
Drag and drop doesn't help. Also, why isn't the Google generated password auto filling? This is so FRUSTRATING
I made an account online on my computer and updated my info on my profile then downloaded this app on my phone and tried to login and it said my login info was incorrect, and after reading everyone else's reviews found out that this app isn't to pay your mortgage....
Misleading purpose. You can NOT manage your existing UHM account/make payments with this app. This app is a glorified calculator for a new mortgage. Please create an app for managing existing loan accounts. It's 2021.
The loan calculator is spot on! Scan feature made it easy to upload my documents.

Can not log into account... I even pushed help, and when I put in a new password it just created an application for a new loan! So not use this app if you want to log into an already existing account with an already existing loan. I suppose you just have to use the website...
