For some reason idk why its keep on telling me the network are being disconnected for useage. Wth is wrong with this network. I cannot be disconnected for sudden while playing games online. Pls fix this problem. Its a poor experience for me for 1st time user of this network.

The good things i like about using U Mob is..its monthly unlimited data packages is affordable & the Internet coverage all around Klang Valley area/district is excellent! BUT!! the downside is.. Outside off Klang Valley,lets say for example,every once a week i went to a village in K.Sgr,just 15-20 mins. Drive from K.Sgr town(not a RURAL area) over there, the internet receptions was so bad,it was as slow as snails & most off the time NO Internet reception at all! why its that bad!?

I just updated this app a few days ago but when I opened it just now and it need to be updated again or else I can't click anything... The app is always on update. Which is a disturbance, other than that umobile is getting slow I can't do anything with my mobile data on. I've been using umobile since 2018 back then it was okay nowdays it's a pain. The bare minimum i can do with my data is do nothing,

I suggest Umobile app to enable billing of multiple phone numbers under 1 account to ease payment method as we know most family will have 1 person that is responsible to pay for others bill. In that way, I don't have to make 4 different umobile payment every month. :)

The app is becoming worse and worse! Many times when i try to top up, the message appear that mention the i exceed the number of attempts even though i haven't try before! The second thing the app force u to download the update and u can't use it till update it!

Great app so far, easy to use, easy to understand. It's great that we can see how many GBs we have used and left. Perhaps you guys can add one feature where we can add or save as fav other umobile numbers. For example, i have postpaid and prepaid sim, easy for me to pay bills and reload in one app.

Been using this network for around 4 years, and it's good, no problem if you're living in the urban area. But 1 thing is that a very poor network in rural areas ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ need to widen ur network area. Since I'm always traveling to rural areas, the network is very poor ๐Ÿฅฑ sorry, really need to change telco this time.

Many times after topping up or buying add-ons, suddenly I am Offline or I got no connection and I am advised to check my connection! There was no problem just awhile ago. It should be your responsibility to check if the product you have sold reaches the purchaser. You have to ensure that value for money is promptly delivered. Instead of asking the customer to check.

Use to subscribe the P99 plan but turns up to be waste of my money.. speed was so slow..cant get a decent connection. Each time the connection lagged, my phone battery used up fast..end up have to keep charging my phone. Connection is bad most of the time, keep losing connection when i use google map in MAJOR TOWNS...๐Ÿ™„..recently switched to a lower package thinking that it will change but seriously, its time to switch to another telco even if i have to pay more..seems not so mobile anymore..

The app worked well, user friendly. But the problem here is U Mobile itself. U Mobile's coverage is not good and the internet connection still congested here and there (even in uptown area). Would comeback if U Mobile improve its coverage and stability.

Pls make it possible to have options for 2 umobile sim cards in one phone and one apps. I alternate reload monthly between these 2 sim cards in my phone. The apps only allow 1 sim card/phone number. I don't like the auto renew subscription as well. Let me control myself as to which package I need for the time. I appreciate the SMS notification of my reload expiry date though.

I live in Klang, I don't know about the connectivity for other areas but I personally get some of the worst internet possible like I can't even open a YouTube video or even send messages at times plus I am using the gx38 subscription. In the day time connection is somewhat ok but at night from 7pm onwards internet is completely unusable. I have been tolerating this nonsense for long enough, went to the umobile but no help . I couldn't take it anymore which is why I am writing this comment.

It's a very decent app and a very decent network. But everyday it keeps turning off and on. Like it keeps disabling my data as always and it will keep going later the day after that.

Im using quite high performance phone "Oppo x3 pro" but reinstall and FIRST time open app everything is fine but when close the apps completely and open again and again then the apps keep stuck and my data connection failed. PLEASE FIXED IT ASAP!!!!

After buying the simcard with RM6 credit, playing MLBB was quite fast. But after reloaded with RM30 and choosing GX38 plan, gaming on MLBB is impossible.. lagging by more than 300ms every single time. A case of Bait and Catch.. That's the last con. Going back to Maxis

I wasn't even able to get through the first part, scanning the barcode. I did this in great lighting and the barcode was very clear. It doesn't even say anything and it did not detect my card. I did left the phone in a stable position and a clear view of the card for a few minutes and it still did not detect the card. ๐Ÿ˜‘

Why always update update and update. Everytime when I login required update otherwise cannot give my account update. And once update then have to login again, otp again, verification again again and again. Seems like you guys are forcing us to update the latest version, otherwise won't allow us to use it (because cannot load our account details) restrictions owner details.
