I think the worst app ever been used. I can't even check my data usage in this application. Can you please develop a better application for your customers. Only thing working in your application is payments system without any error compared to other systems. People are paying for you for betterment instead of error all the time.
So not user friendly. I cant view my acc or activities. Always error. I've been having service interruption for more than 24hrs. Just now received a notification from the app saying my report will be resolved...(cant read further cos it's only on the notification bar). When i click the notification, it disappeared. It didn't open the msg automatically like other apps do. So i open the app again but last notification was from 31stmarch. So i still dunno the status of my report. Pls do better tm
Need to update every time trying to pay a bill, looping all the time. Then can't make payment after updating and waiting for a long time. Using this apps is a waste of time. It's easier and faster to pay over the counter.
Current version keeps crashing after update when selecting notification inbox. Also, feedback sent to developer address keeps bouncing back. Does it even work?? Even worse after current update. Can't login. Looping.
Can't view notifications. The last notification viewable is 22 Feb 2022. I had some issues with set top box and had been communicating with Customer Service. And then I can see phone notification showing message of report number, and some other messages. But when clicked it goes to MyUnifi Notifications but the messages cannot be seen.
I've never been so stress trying to login an app for over 30 minutes. the app require email verification for login way too often. and auth.digitalme loading is way too slow. either I cant get the email with verification code, or when I get it, it says error code. I waited 5 minutes for each verification request! I'll just pay my bill manually every month!! another thing is your email billing is not even punctual every month, sometimes I didnt receive the bill or even bill that is not updated.
I tried to open the apps today to check on my latest bill,but the DAMN system has been upgraded using an OTP log in feature. About 8 otps has been requested. Either it's not send to our email,or if send after submitting ,msg pop ups ..UNABLE TO PROCEED !! And if lucky to proceed it requests for your personal data permission when you click reject to give at the bottom page as an option,the same F.UP messg pops up..Unable to proceed !! An upgrade than downgrades cust.convenience. Really mad !! 😡
Forever loading. Can't show the outstanding balance of the bill. Clicking "Pay Bill" is also useless. Always loading, loading and loading like the app can't connect to the Internet.
I can't even login to my account. This app is getting worse and difficult to use by the day as it frequently crashes. For the login, I have to re-login everytime I open the app and check the bill and the login process is too tedious and hardly works properly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, cleared the cache and data but still nothing seems to work. To the unifi team, pls get a better app development team and fix this asap.
I would give this a zero if I could. Crashing all fhe time. Not to mention the customer service is terrible and not once my problem fixed. The solution os just wait untill app is okay again. Sometimes, you have to login few times. Why you even bother designing app?? It is not friendly and the wifi speed should be a match to an injured snail
Useless app. Paid my bill Monday morning based on the amount shown in the app but service was still not reactivated until today (amnt -ve in the app, I pd extra). Got the technical support and I was told I still have outstanding amount and must settle the bal for service reconnection. The app is not reliable and I realized I've spent too much money on unifi due to this. How many times to refresh & reinstall the app? Prob is repetitive! Not worthy! Gonna terminate my acc & change srvce prvdr.
This app make me confuse with my payment and suddenly have an outstanding and due for two month. Whenever, I wanted to check for the bill amount it always popout apps under maintenance or upgrade.
Sadly reducing it to 1 star due to minor yet very annoying problem where I unable to pay bills through the apps. What is the point of having the apps if I cant use it for paying bills? Thanks for the tips given. Hopefully it will be much better. I'm looking forward to it. Thanks
This app is worse with the passwordless authentication. Why would I want to log in to my email account to retrieve a verification code that I need to key in to the myunifi app? You have added unnecessary steps to the process. Either make the app remember the login credentials or lock the app and have the option to access via pin/password. It's that simple.
this app is lagging in speed unlike other utility companies' app. moreover once you settled the payment the app does not update instantly. also in live chat, when you try to switch to other app for a while (to check the account number for instance) and switch back to the live chat, it will log you out and you have to start the process all over again. please fix these issues
I normally dont leave reviews but this is just unacceptable coming from the national broadband provider. Login brings you to another website which stops working at random times. its been 3 days i've failed to login. not convenient to pay bills. update: 5 months later still no improvement, login just brings you to digitalme page and doesnt log in the app- cannot be used. shameful
This app has the worst user exp. You are required to get out of the app to get a verification code, phone number, etc. When you return to the app, the previous progress is all lost. It is one of the stupidest app around and it's produced for a company that boasts on providing internet connectivity for all.
When u try to log in and unifi sent u a verification code in email, then u using ur phone to check the email, the window for log in will disappear, and the app keep loading. I'm not sure who designed this app, but the designer definitely need to be more considerate, find someone to test the app before u release la. Somemore the link provided in unifi web page to download this app is not reachable. I have to raate one star for this app and unifi.
Going thru the menus are a pain. It lags beyond 3 minutes. Loading pages is a pain. Paying bills is also a painfully slowwww task. Given the choice I would not install this app. Redeeming points is also a pain - you keep repeating the steps in loops and you come back to the same page. It's a lot easier to pick up the phone & call to get help. You should do better than this TM.
Pretty much a chore, need to relogin pretty much everytime.... And now got even worst with new security features, registration for this new features is pretty pain... get error when entering required info. cmon laaa... I just want to pay my bills....
This apps is so bad. I'm quite disappointed previously when i need to change the old apps to this one. This new apps can't even help me to find my hotspot balance. And it's not accurate like the old apps. Please let us used the old apps or at least try to make this one better like the old apps. This one is such a disappointment.
Never thought Telekom Malaysia, national communication provider is providing rubbish app. Not user friendly at all, can't view bills, and the billings are very confusing and overlapping. Poor system and platform. Please improve and learn from other platforms like TNB and Air Selangor. 1000% better than yours.
I could hardly log in since years ago, kept saying update or validation is required. This has happened before pandemic, more than 2 years ago. Finally, I can log in today, but after keying in all my particular in order to validate my account, it ended error and told me to try again. Speechless...after so many years. TM unifi can't even rectify their app after so many years, no wonder our internet service is still way behind lots of countries.
How is a landline / connectivity company so bad at optimising your app. I can't even pay my bill without multiple attempts every month, the app freezes or logs me out consistently.
The digitalme sign in is such a pain the A!!! This time I just got stuck in endless cycle of OTP > Trust Device > Profile Setting > Close then repeat again... Turned out web browser facing the same issue. Cant sign in = cant make payment... Unifi account has the crappiest sign in process ever!
This is the worst app ever. Always errors, always getting the message "your session has expired". Unifi's customer service has been already terrible enough, and this app is making it even worse. The amount of times I am unable to pay my Unifi bills because of how poorly designed this app is insanely frustrating. The amount of hoops and obstacles that I have to jump through just to give you my money is really hilarious. I will be my changing internet provider as soon as my contract expires.
