This app is potentially dangerous. Every few months this app stops working, force closes, demands new access to your personal information on your phone (make/manage phone calls???? You're a coupon app. Get outta here). The app won't work without complete access to everything. Why does a coupon app need access to your personal information? It doesn't. Note: I've mentioned this to employees and they are very aware of the issues.

Sorry to say but I've been a Unique ('Value Village') customer for *Many years. Since our children were younger & the store used to use *Value Cards instead of Apps. Nearly 10 yrs later~ still a good thrift store. But this app???? HORRIBLE. The connection is Really bad. As soon as you open the app to run it, it Closes! It's *Not my service Nor is it the Device (actually a new cell phone). And the last 2 cell phones (from different carriers) the App didn't work on them either. Store👍 App?🤢

-minus the ⭐ The app is not working. I have downloaded it on to 3 different phones (family + mine) = 4 phones, on all phones it does the same thing. It launches, but closes as soon as the create an account screen opens, doesn't give a chance to sign up or log-in. When will this be fixed? Its been happening since the last update.

Terrible, I have spent hundreds of dollars at the local unique Thrift Shop and this app was excellent, helping me save so that I can spend more. I went on the other day to open the app and it kept crashing I can no longer use it. Sadly this will prevent me from being able to go back to the store and Shop without being able to access my 50% coupon codes. With all the complaints how is it possible that no one is fixing this.

The old app was dependable. Since newer app was installed...I've not been able to sign on nor folloe my points. My last entry nrver registered! I am completely in tje dark as to what's happening with my account. I've been a member since 2015 and effective as of December 2019, I have not had access. I'll receive emails that's all.

the app cuts off often... I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall on my android. It's really annoying... from now on I'll screenshot any discounts I plan on using before I get to the store... because the app is useless for me.... not sure if it's my phone, connection or the app but I've had issues in store more than once.

Doesnt work. Horribly buggy, crashes a lot, disappears from the desktop. I finally deleted and reinstalled but since I wont allow it access to my phone and contacts, it keeps turning off! I wish they'd just offer a card or keychain card.

My son factory reset my phone and I had to start everything from the beginning. I'm trying to log in on the app but everytime it said I don't have internet which is incorrect. I'm using wifi plus data and still getting the same message. Even the contact us option doesn't work. Please fix the issue asap, I see a lot of review with the same problem.

LG Q7+ : You have to accept all permissions in order for it to work. I don't think it is right for this app to be having all of the permissions it's requesting. And when I finally allowed all permissions, the app is very slow and does not function much. I ended up deleting it.

They 'updated' the app and it stopped working on my Android, but I continue to receive sale notifications via email & txt. When I try to log into app, it says my email/password is incorrect. When I try to update password...the email they claim they will send, never comes. THEN when I uninstall/reinstall the app and try to set up, it says this email is already in use,.....PLEASE RESET PASSWORD!!! I'M IN THE LOOP OF HELL THAT IS THIS APP!!! ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR "UPDATE"!!!!

I've been trying to download this app forever and it just never worked although it has the icon and tells me to open, it just goes to black. I am a dedicated and frequent shopper , it's not fair I can't reap the rewards just because your app doesn't want to work on my phone.

The app is not working. It shuts down as soon as I try to log in. I have re-installed it 3 times and it keeps happening. I emailed customer support and they have not reply. This app is worthless to me now!

so this app was pretty good at first but sometime over the last few months i stopped receiving notifications for the 50% sales. i still get them but to my email on the same day. before i had gotten them to the app a day or two before the sale. i asked a cashier a out the issue and she basically told me it has to be my phone even tho it doesn't work across my s7 edge and s8 +

App will not open & it also crashes before it even opens. Recently went into one of the Unique thrift stores. I showed the app installed in my phone (EXACT SAME AS THIS ONE) but I was told its the old app, & that I MUST download the new one because this one no longer works. Buuuuut, heres the thing: The posters of their app all around that store are IDENTICAL to this app. I attempted to ask & get an explanation, only to be told/repeated the same... People running the stores are RETARDED as hell

I have been stuck with 28/300 rewards for a while. I kept most of my receipts and should have $200+ not counting the double rewards days. Brought it to the attention of the store manager and he took my info down and nothing has changed. Utterly disappointing and useless.

recent update has too many required permissions. needs access to contacts and won't run if you don't allow it. previous version allowed you to deny. there's no reason this app needs to get to my contacts except the spam. garbage

I would give this app a ZERO if I could. Why does it need permission for all the things it asks for ... camera, contacts, calendar, etc? Then after I deny access to these things, the app automatically closes out. Are you kidding me with this? Are the creators of this app that desperate to get access to our phones. I hope everyone is paying attention to this mess when they first download this app. SHAME ON YOU TXTMOBIZ !!! .

Awful. Last update blocked older android phones. Tried 2 different working accounts. Worse, ZERO response from the MyUnique "help desk" over 4 months and over 30 inquiries. Not even an acknowledgement past the automatic reply email. Truly irresponsible & bad business practice. Would give 0 stars if possible. (A customer for many years at the Brooklyn store, i made the hike regularly to the Bronx, beforw they broke the app. A shame)
